CARRIER OBJECTIVE To be a part of a process industry so as to work in a challenging position that provides ample opportunities to learn and to contribute my skills and intuition to organizational goals. OBJECTIVE: To perform study on the manufacturing process of Ethyl Acetate and Ethyl Alcohol. During this period, I did the: Study of Manufacturing Process of Ethyl Acetate including the analysis of the different steps involved in the manufacturing of final product up to the required purity levels. Study of the manufacturing process of Ethyl Alcohol (from Molasses) which is one of the raw material been used in the manufacturing of the Ethyl Acetate. Study of different Effluent treatment plants like R.O.plant ,Bio-Methanation plants and its process steps leading to suitable discharge and re-use of plant waste. Project on calculation of percentage flooding in one of the distillation columns, material and energy balance and cost analysis of the process. Duration : Six weeks. Guide Name : Mr.Sanjay S. PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN Design Project - Study of the manufacturing process of Allyl Alcohol: Description: In this project I did study on the manufacturing process of the Allyl Alcohol, production and consumption status in Indian as well as global Industries, economic analysis, and describing how the selection of a particular type of production method will be going to effect the process efficiency and energy consumption. Study of equilibrium of a ternary mixture. Description: In this project we studied about ternary equilibrium curves (ternary phase diagrams) of a variety of ternary mixtures at different compositions and varying temperatures.
