About Caf Cornetti:
Bettas Italian Oven is a local and family-owned business that opened near Xavier in 2003. Since, Bettas has achieved recognition as the #1 Pizzeria in the Queen City (Cincinnati magazine, 2012) and plans to capitalize on its success by expanding the Bettas family. Caf Cornetti is the first new addition, a gourmet coffee and wine bar expected to open fully by April 2013. The caf aims to produce the most authentic espresso and Italian beverages in the city, featuring a new Synesso Hybrid (one of only two like-machines east of the Mississippi) and a custom-crafted bar. Since spring of 2009, we have been developing our vision for a vibrant caf, building relationships citywide. And in order to begin serving the best espresso in the city, we are now searching for 5 curious and friendly locals to join the team.

Job Description:
As a member of the Caf Cornetti Team, you will work directly with founding manager Owen Raisch to learn the systems of our new business, and his support will always be available to you. Hours are seasonal but consistent (6:30-11 am W-Sat., extending in the spring). Your full-engagement with our mission pays well, and the basics of your job will entail the following: crafting and serving delicious espresso-based drinks under pressure; brightening the day of customers through relaxed conversation; learning the history and complexity of our authentic beverages and pastries; communicating your knowledge with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications:
The most important qualities of team members are: leadership, cheerful teamwork, curiosity, dedication, and the ability to handle pressure. No prior industry experience required; rather, applicants should share our passion for excellence and tolerance for unanticipated change. We are fun people, being fun is good, too!
