Note:- Any other relevant topics are invited. Rules:

Maximum of two authors per team. The abstract should not exceed 400 words. The teams should try to highlight their own work in the abstract. Abstract must contain name of authors, college & category under which the paper is to be presented. At least one reference should be mentioned in the abstract. Date of submission of abstracts is The teams have to submit two hard copies of their abstract. Also the soft copy of the abstract should be submitted in the CD.

ELIMINATIONS:

Prior to the main competitions, all the teams will have to give a brief presentation (oral) of their paper. The duration of this presentation shall be 2-3 mins. Based on this, the teams will be screened for the main competition. The dates of the elimination will be notified later.

The teams should be answerable to any type of queries(if any) by the judges during the elimination round also.

MAIN COMPETITION:
The selected teams after the eliminations will have to submit 3 hard copies & one soft copy of the paper on 3rd - 4th March,08 from 4:45 PM to 6 PM at the ETS ROOM in PCT. The soft copy of the presentations to be submitted in CD only. The paper should have maximum of 15 pages including cover page, abstract, introduction etc. The paper should be set in Times New Roman with 1.5 line spacing, 14-font size. The time allotted for each entry is 10 min. for presentation & 2 min. for conclusion. A maximum of 3 minutes will be given for queries. The decision of the Judges shall be final & binding, no queries will be entertained in this regard. Only LCD projectors will be provided at the venue of presentation. Any software requirements must be notified at the time of online registration. The teams ,if required can take a specimen copy of earlier year papers from any ABHIVYAKTI team members for a payment of Rs 10/-.
