Subject employment issue

Dear As you are aware, months back I had called you and asked who I need to talk to if I had issues at work. You advised me that it was you but that at the time you were busy and to call back, when I tried to reach you by phone on two separate occasions I was unable to do so. I understand you have a very busy schedule so I felt that this email may be the best approach to discuss with you a very serious problem that has arisen with my employment. I was hired in February of 2012 and as you are aware my position at that time ce in was still unclear. I have an education as well as over

working on the 7th floor. I was very excited to work for the City of Pensacola. about the opportunity Although it had been some time since I had worked in administrative role I believe I was able to fulfill my job requirements fairly quickly as well as succeed in doing so.

Unfortunately, it became very evident very quickly that my supervisor was surreptitiously dating a woman on the same floor. Although this should have had no impact on my job it did! The woman was very agitated since the day I started and sometimes even more unpleasant to me when they would be having problems in their relationship. She made a concerted effort to let me know I was not wanted on the 7th floor therefore, making my experience uncomfortable and stressful on a daily basis. This escalated further when Mr. Asmar began transferring duties from her to me and causing her to become unglued at times. Despite me telling him her reaction and that I didn't feel comfortable he would still instruct me to tell her what responsibilities he was taking away from her and giving to me. She would then respond via email confirming with him that what I was instructing from him was true. This back and forth behavior became a constant occurrence thus me being involuntarily shoved in the middle.
Things became more disruptive for me in the work place when'it *as apparent they had broken up or were having relationship problems. At that point the harassment began getting much worse from Mr. Asmar. He began asking if he could come to my house after hours( all with in earshot of his on and off girlfriend to agitate her further ) to him throwing a condom on my desk after i had asked

him to retrieve 2 ibuprofen from the nurse whom was going to check his bloodpressure as she did every week. He used his heart condition to say he needed me and my "companionship" and make me feel like he had no one else. I was put in a very uncomfortable position which I believe was his attempt to make her jealous.

I continued to voice my displeasure to him asking repeatedly not to attempt to put me in the middle as this would cause her to lash out at me. His response each time was that she was just jealous of me and to ignore her. They both newlJ having moved back to this area for family and that I did not want the added stress this was support causing me. I pleaded with him on numerous occasions to please let me move to
another department away from her and the drama and his answer was always

"you're not going anywhere". When this harassing behavior would not stop after continued requests of my supervisor I explained the situation in depth to the other superiors on the floor to no avail. I was told by these superiors that they had knowledge of the relationship occurring and they suggested moving me to "another organization" in the city. They asked if this would be something I would want and I said if an opportunity arose where I could utilize my skills and experience and have the chance to further my career as well as get out of the current uncomfortable situation then yes I would be interested. However, I also explained that I did not believe moving me was going to make the situation going on acceptable. Shortly thereafter I was told I would be moving within a few days without any discussion or input from me to Pensacola Energy. I asked where it was located ! and I was told it was on Davis Highway:Twas told they were really busy over at Pensacola Energy and were excited about me joining the team. However, since arriving at Pensacola Energy I have been told they had no idea until a few days prior that I was coming and were trying to figure out what to do with me and that "they had no position" for me. Everything they did give me to work on I completed in an efficient, timely manner. This week I was informed by my supervisor and a marketing supervisor that they would be moving me to the receptionist position so that the current receptionist, a Landrum Employee hired in November, could move up and advance and I would fill her role thus being demoted and moving out of the office space I had just settled into and over to the front reception area to buzz people in. I was told again they had no position for me and I should know there would be no place for me to grow at Pensacola Energy.

I feel very fortunate to have employment in this economic environment and have
been very very hesitant to complain but the harassment and retaliatory actions against me have gotten worse and worse and I no longer know who to talk with

regarding this honible situation I found myself the pawn in.
