Media i) Pictures of animals on the move

Justification of using the media Using pictures /photos in the lesson is a very effective way of showing the real look of the animals. This visual media is not only attract the pupils but it also helps teacher to engage pupils with the lesson.

ii) Audio sounds of animals

This media together with the activity could help pupils relate their own prior knowledge and experience with the lesson itself. In addition, this could be an opportunity for the pupils to share what they alsready read, watch or even experience in life.

iii) Scrapbook of animals

This handmade media is a collection of animals made by the previous pupils. Providing a model for a project like a scrapbook is very crucial in order to ensure the pupils come out with the expected product.

iv) Article about animals (in the form of chart)

Using chart consists of a facts about the movement of animals could provide knowledge and enrich the pupils vocabulary. At the same time, it also create the awareness of specific vocabulary that is used for specific context of sentence.

Justification of using the methods

a) A whole-class discussion with the teacher's guide is needed because enable them to understand the concept or message conveyed in the article properly. In addition, this discussion will enable teachers to identify and help troubled students to understand the article well. Through oral question and answer session, the teacher can assess the level of students' understanding of the article they read before doing the written exercises. Furthermore, students have the opportunity to ask directly if they stumble with difficult words and their questions will be answered. b) The discussion in small groups enables individual to contribute their ideas and opinions. It is also an effective way to foster cooperation as well as build a sense of self-confidence in a student. There are those students who are more comfortable to communicate their ideas in a small audience because of fear been laugh. The objective of the group is given based on the level of ability can be a motivation to the students as they achieve the tasks according to their level.

Discussion

The method is used to give a demonstration of how a task should be done so that students do not drop out and deviated from the objectives set. Through this method, students can see the steps of organization and details to complete a task (in this context is to provide a scrap book) so that their work also meets the

criteria specified. Through demonstration, students can communicate directly with the teacher and ask questions if there are things they do not understand or are confused. They can also give opinions to come up with something better and interesting ideas. Scrapbook model shown to students may also provide guidance to them to plan their future work in order to remain the same or better quality than the model shown. This could also be a motivation for them indirectly.

This method is not only fun but it could encourage pupils participation too. Most of the small children like listening to stories. Therefore, I think this could be another effective but enjoyable method to carry out the lesson. Story -telling Pupils could follow the plots while grasping the targetted information without realizing it. The following questioning activity could help pupils recall what they have heard in the story. This method also helps teacher to control the class better since full attention is crucial in order to understand the storyline.
