Introduction Cameron international corporation does not only provide its services to a single country rather it provides its services globally. Cameron International Corporation provides services for the flow equipment and control equipment for both land and sea rigs. It is known for providing best services for low equipment, pressure equipment and many more. Along with providing its best services sometimes unluckily some of the products of the company failed. Among the failing products one is case of BP rig, Cameron International Corporation had provided it blow out preventer on the Transocean BP rig that failed. Cameron corporation has expanded its business in very short time and it not only operates in one single country rather it operates in nearly hundred countries and known as one of the best service provider. Company has its sales office in Malaysia and Thailand but still it is very much dependant on United states market that can affect all future contracts made by the country. Myanmar has reversed its long term policy of isolation that isolated it from the rest of the world and it has high quality reserves of oil that can be utilized by the many countries operating in the oil sector but entering in Myanmar is not an easy task because there are very political and other pressures. Along with it companies have to think before entering into Myanmar that whether it is a good option to enter into Myanmar for conducting their business. Any company entering into Myanmar should very conscious as it is always a great risk in business for trying new places .Living conditions of the Myanmar are not well settle rather there is always a situation of conflict and any company entering to this area should consider theses d=factors and at the same time have the best possible strategy to deal with these issues. need to give due attention before the starting of any business. Very strong and effective policy is needed by any country entering in Myanmar with the intention for conducting the business. Institutional and risk factors Company entering into the Myanmar with the intention to do business should be well aware of the political situation of the country. Myanmar had best quality of oil and gas reserves at the same time there are constant fighting situation in the country and wealth is only concentrated in the hands of the few people. Country is not suffering from single issue rather it is facing number of issues that will directly or indirectly effect the performance of the country that will intended to conduct its business in the country. Country has suffered from many sanctions in past many years due to which its economy is not stable. It had not conducted its business with any other country since many years due to which it does not have proper developed strategies for business. There are no proper rules and regulations are should be followed of any foreign country wants to conduct its business in the country. There are many risks company will face on entering in the business in Myanmar. Some of them are as follows. There is constant leg pulling from other companies operating in the area.
It will be difficult to survive in such a worst political situation country. There is no assurance that the permission will be granted from the high class for

extracting oil and gas.

Power is not in one hand so negotiations have to be made with many groups and

satisfying many people at same time is not an easy task.

Company will be subjected to great risk for exporting its products to the other countries. Managing all the operation of the country in such a worst situation is not an easy task. For extracting of oil and gas proper setup needs to b installed and there is no guarantee

that company can easily able to installed under such complex situation of the country.
It will be difficult for the company to survive under such corrupt business climate.

VRIO analysis It is part of strategic framework of the firm. It begins with the vision and continues till the firm make changes in its scope and vision. VRIO analysis gives the vision to the company and it tells that whether it feasible to open the company in the required area. Myanmar is a country full of natural resources but at the same time it is facing a lot of challenges from inside and outside so it will be difficult for the company to operate under such worst conditions. Company aim is to expand its business and to have the competitive edge on other countries that seems to be difficult under present conditions of Myanmar. Existing cultural issues Myanmar has led the isolated life for many years and due to isolation the culture of the company is not properly developed. Countries refine their culture by interacting with the countries and adopting new things from them but as it lead life of isolation is its culture its not fully developed. People living in the same country are not ready to accept the other habitats of same area. They are unaware of the basic business rules and are fully drowned in corruption. Wealth is only concentrated in few hands. Myanmar ahs best quality natural resources but is unable to utilize the benefits taken from theses natural resources because of the negative culture of concentrating many in few hands. Money earned by utilizing these natural resources is only concentrated in the high families and rest of the people in the country suffer from worst poverty ever experienced in human history. People living in the Myanmar are not ready to even give eatable to the other people living the same area rather they are just trying these level best to collect for themselves. Culture does not support to improve the economic system of the country. Addressing cultural issues These issues should be addressed of priority basis because conducting the business in such a culture is flop idea rather first these issues need to be solved. Negotiations need to be made with the different groups in the country. Proper agreements should be made with the different groups in the country. Entering of company with little improved culture is the best option as it has best reserves of oil and gas but entering with the current culture issue will not be a viable option. Company should peruse FDI Company should peruse foreign direct investment. It will help the country to move in the country it opted for doing business in an smooth manner. Company can either directly operate its all business in the country chosen and directly invest into the production of the country or it copany can opt to start some parts of its business in the chosen countries. It will be done to take advantages of the low wages in the country. Myanmar is the cheap country because it does not have any foreign investment reason being its isolation for many years from the rest of the world. Company peruses foreign direct investment to expand the business in the country and at the same time providing jobs to the people living in the country. Most of the people living in Myanmar are jobless and are involved in the criminal activities so, providing them with the job opportunities will the best incentive for all people living in the country. At the same time country will; benefit by having best quality and huge amount of oil and gas reserves. Along with having best reserves of oil and gas country can provide best and cheap labor as well. Company opt for joint ventures Company should opt for joint ventures with the countries operating in the same area because it will facilitate the company in moving the country more smoothly. Ventures are made so that companies can work in collaboration to increase their profit to the maximum level so having the venture with countries operating in the same area will be more beneficial because that country can guide the company in many aspects related to the business problems. Strategy for dealing with worst business climate Myanmar is known for worst business climate and to operate in such a worst climate will be very difficult. So, proper internal and external measure needs to be taken in order to deal with the issues like corruption etc. Company needs to be internally very strong to deal with business related issues. So proper strategies need to be developed and along with developing strong policies there should be also very strong strategies present for implementing these policies. It is impossible to conduct the business in such a corrupt business scenario country. Immediate measures are needed to be taken in order to cope up with the corrupt business world. So company have to make very strong policies in order to solve the problems related to the corruption and other business associated problems.
