About the Event. NUVALI Dirt Weekend is an annual mountain bike race held in South Luzons premier land development by AyalaLand. This year, NUVALI is proud to host a mountain bike race solely for education and development purposes of both aspiring commissaires and the countrys local racing community about the UCI Rules and Regulations thus the subtitle UCI Edition. This event is an activity endorsed by PhilCycling as it gives information on UCI Rules and Regulations for future implementation in all local races sanctioned by the National Federation.
