Asian Tour

I have just finished what was an incredible summer. I was looking back over what I wrote in my last newsletter about how every time I go to Asia it is such a fruitful time and a time of immense growth for me as a leader. This time was no different! The Lord rocked my world with my team, in my relationship with Him and the plans that He has for my future. While in Asia we were able to minister in so many different ways, but a highlight for me was when we went to a Taiwanese hospital, I was able to share my faith openly and was reminded of the PASSION I have for evangelism and sharing Christ with those who dont know Him. While in the hospital I met a woman named Pamela. She was a Buddhist who was so unhappy, depressed and lonely. She was there to get more medication for her depression. I was able to talk with her for a long time and she opened up to me about her life. She had a Christian friend who would share Jesus with her & pray for her. I asked her if I could pray for her that the joy she had lost would return to her. She said yes. So I began to pray, as I was praying she started to cry she hadnt cried in years and forgot what it felt like to cry. I looked at her and asked if she wanted to receive Jesus as her Saviour?! She said yes. I had the opportunity to lead her in a prayer of salvation and experience the presence of God like I never had before. There was an instant transformation in her right before my eyes! It was an amazing testimony to the power of God!

Thoughts on life...
While in Taiwan this summer the Lord pressed on my heart through a series of events and promptings to return to the base in Taiwan in March to do what is called an SBS a School of Biblical Studies. It is a 9 month long course where I will learn an inductive method of studying the bible along with gaining deeper perspective on the Word of God. This will also help me towards a future of teaching, which I believe I am being called in to. I will remain on staff in Orlando in hopes of returning there once my schooling in Taiwan is complete. More to come on this, please keep me in your prayers regarding this upcoming change in my life.

DTS Reunion

Living in Orlando has many perks but one of my favourites is when old friends come to visit. Recently my friend Cody from my DTS came down to visit and we managed to pull quite the group from our school together for a reunion.

Spring Schools Graduate

August 14th we graduated our Spring Schools and were blown away by all the testimonies of what the Lord had done through our summer outreaches. Many people ministered to, incredible salvation stories, healings and personal breakthroughs! It was an exciting night of retelling of how the Lord used YWAM Orlando to impact the Nations over the summer!

Asian Tour

Childrens ministry in Taiwan and seeing 25 come to the Lord; personal meetings with friends where, we saw many discipled in the life of Christ; dramas, preaching & testimonies in churches as well as multiple English corners in China!
