Administration Senior Manager / Manager / Assistant Manager General Manager Administration and related functions Controls and oversees all general affairs and administrative activities of the company including finance, information technology and supply chain management.

Primary and Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for all general affairs of the company including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, personnel polices, procedures and records, employee communication and relations, as well as training and development. Perform regular audits on general affairs to ensure that HR practices are up-to-date and in compliance with existing employment laws. - Responsible for all finance of the company including general accounting and financial control, cost accounting and control of inventory, banking and accounts payable, cash management and accounts receivable, as well as cashier activities. Ensure that all financial transactions are audited regularly and financial reports are submitted to management and government bodies on time. Responsible for the overall information technology of the company including servers, systems and network administration, management information systems, data processing and storage, operating systems, hardware and software for manufacturing and office computing, as well as communication systems for data, voice and video. Ensure that all computing, communication and data services in the company are uninterrupted. Responsible for the overall supply chain management activities of the company including planning and production control, materials and procurement, customs declaration and warehouse management, as well as logistics and transportation. Approve capital expenditure on all necessary materials purchases, and repairs, not to exceed more that a specified amount determined by the General Manager in a given fiscal year. Provide assistance in all other administrative areas as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in financial, accounting or business administration discipline. More than 7 years management experience in manufacturing company with at least 3 years working experience in administration. Pre-requisite Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Oral and written skill). Experience in high volume manufacturing environment. Successful experience of project management in relevant company. Excellent organizational & planning skills. Strong negotiation skills with good analytical mind and business planning abilities. Possess high quality leadership. Highly motivated, task driven with high degree of integrity, strong sense of responsibility.
