Managed San Francisco and eight other California markets and simultaneously managed Houston 2006 2008 while commuting regularly between the two cities. Integrated California markets into new regional operations hub, serving 89 radio stations, four TV stations and Sirius/XM Satellite Radio, saving $900,000 in operational expenses. San Francisco: Analyzed labor costs related to need and reduced expenses $200,000 by reorganizing team. Audited telecommunications and reduced expenses $228,000 after discovering and disconnecting 30 unnecessary broadcast circuits. Analyzed aviation needs and reduced expenses $250,000 per year by grounding one redundant helicopter. Reduced expenses $60,000 per year after canceling one camera site after the rent was doubled. Houston: Expenses reduced 22% in the first year through team restructuring and eliminating unnecessary telecommunications and other expenses. Kansas City: Analyzed labor costs related to need and reduced expenses 13% through team reorganization. Finished 1998 $120,000 under budget after only 7 months on the job. Business Development

Proactively worked with existing and potential clients to add services and upgrade existing services. Prepared and updated Operations Center Emergency Operating Manuals. Coordinated relocation of operations to remote locations when Houston office was evacuated for Hurricane Rita and when Kansas City office lost power for a week due to a severe ice storm. Coordinated local coverage with national news organization for major breaking news like the Shuttle Columbia disaster, Hurricanes Rita and Katrina, Houston Super Bowl in 2004, and the San Bruno, California gas pipeline explosion. Arranged helicopter delivery of supplies and equipment to news personnel in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
