Analyzed aviation needs and reduced expenses $250,000 per year by grounding one redundant helicopter. Reduced expenses $60,000 per year after canceling one camera site after the rent was doubled. Houston: Expenses reduced 22% in the first year through team restructuring and eliminating unnecessary telecommunications and other expenses.
