GENERAL AUCTION AND DRAWING RULES


1. All sales are final. Please respect all restrictions and limitations set out by the item donors and read all descriptions and materials carefully before bidding. There will be no exchanges or refunds by Lammersville School Foundation or donors. All items are sold AS IS. 2. Reservations for goods and services must be arranged with the donors. Please4 note restrictions and expiration dates listed on certificates. Unless otherwise stated, meals and accommodations do not include taxes, gratuity, wine or other alcoholic beverages. 3. Lammersville School Foundation reserves the right to add or withdraw, without notice, items from the auction. 4. Lammersville School Foundation neither warrants nor represents, and shall not be held responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, origin or condition of any item. No statement contained in this program or made orally shall be deemed to be such a warranty and assumption of liability for any purpose. Mention in this program does not constitute endorsement of any business, product or service. 5. Payment IN FULL is due at the end of the auction - by 10:00 p.m. Cash, personal checks, American Express, Visa, or MasterCard will be accepted. After payment is made, a receipt will be given to the buyer before they can claim their item(s). arranged for pick up by one of the LSF board members. 7. Bidder numbers will be issued at registration. Each bidder is responsible for the use of their number throughout the auction. 8. SILENT AUCTION RULES


1. The Auction items will be prominently displayed and will be labeled by item number. 2. Bidding sheets with a minimum opening bid will be displayed with each auction item. 3. If you wish to bid on an item, write your name, bidding paddle number and amount bid on the next available line of the bidding sheet for that item. Bids must be raised by the minimum increment indicated on each bidding sheet. 4. The highest bid on each items sheet at the close of the silent auction will be the winner of each item. No bid, once made, can be withdrawn. 5. Winning bidders will receive a receipt and must sign this receipt to acknowledge your acceptance of the auction item.

LIVE AUCTION RULES


1. The Auction items will be prominently displayed on or near the auction stage and will be labeled by item number. 2. The Auctioneer will state all opening bids. 3. If you wish to bid on an item, hold up your bidder paddle to gain the attention of the Auctioneer or one of the spotters located throughout the room. 4. The highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the winner of that item. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have the final decision to determine the successful bidder. No bid, once made, can be withdrawn.

Fund-a-Need Research shows that involvement in music and the arts has a profound influence on students learning abilities and helps them excel in mathematics, science, language arts and so much more. Understanding the added value of arts education, LSF continues to motivate and grow artists in our school. LSF funds the artist in school program at Lammersville School. Currently the program consists of Visual Arts. We would like to add a Performing Arts program in addition to the current program. Each class would receive 10 lessons focused on the California Visual and Performing Arts Standards. Each lesson would be about one hour in durations. Some possible activities are: story re-enactments; improvisation; introduction to theatre terms; Readers Theatre. Last year we reached half our goal. Funds Raised to Date: $1,595 Total Funds Needed: $3,000
