Executive summary

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an information backbone and

reaches into all areas of the business and value-chain. It is a set of applications with a
structured approach to optimizing an organization’s internal and external value chain.

Grace Group is an organization which have geographically dispersed data in multiple

cities (appropriate 10) and they want such an application which is low-cost, efficient,
reliable for the proper technical management of different Administrator and Financial
issues which in their different branches on daily basis.
