I being an informative, communicative individual makes me an ideal candidate to join a company of such stature. Moreover my experience in renowned beverage company will be an added incentive for the company that would provide me a head start in the aforementioned industry. As a pioneer in distilled beverage industry with significant growth on volume market share and operating profit in asia company holds a strong momentum of growth for the future. As a management trainee I am looking forward to enhance my knowledge, skills and want to be a part of the growth model of the company and their brilliance. I always wanted to work for a company where i could get many opportunities to learn a lot of things that could help me alround development and make flexible. As holding the laregest owned and managed distribution network I would like to explore my career options for this company. What are the greatest challenges Pernod Ricard will be facing in Asia within the next three years? Max 350 words The challenge that company is going to face in asia in next three years: -Awareness for all of the brands of company -Legal issues dealing with underage drinking retailers license may be revoked or suspended - There is a very fierce competition in the Indian liquor industry -Heavier duties on all the alcoholic beverages -Declining segments within the domestic market with slower industry growth rate
