GENESIS OF THE REPORT


This project is about the Marketing and Branding Analysis of Timeshare Industry or Magic Holidays. The aim of this project is to calculate the marketing branding impact on customers of Timeshare Industry. It is a venture of Panoramic Group of Companies and I worked for their Timeshare product/service that is Magic Holidays.

The basic idea behind the product /service is you can own tomorrow's holidays at today's price. A onetime payment entitles you a week of holidaying at more than 6000 resorts, for 25 years along with your 2 kids below 12 years of age. Further for your convenience, we have split the same into very affordable EMI's which are inflation-free. Actually my task was Marketing and Branding Analysis of Timeshare Industry for Magic Holiday. After getting my project title I realized that its a research based project and accordingly I began my work. So, in that I have conducted analysis through research with the help of Questionnaire First preparing a questionnaire was itself a huge learning experience for me .Finally my project guide offered me some leads and I prepare questionnaire and follow guideline for completion of my project. In the market Timeshare industry is having limited awareness so it is also one drawback of the Industry. So with the help of promotional activities and good service it is the key of build / creates its Brand Name and Brand Image in the market

1. To know the Marketing and Branding impact on customer in the market. 2. To know the Timeshare Industry sustains where in the PLC. 3. To know the awareness of Timeshare Industry. 4. To know the ways which are suitable for Magic Holidays for promote their product.
