ELECTROTEC INDUSTRIES was established in 1998 for manufacturing of superior quality of 'Enameled Copper Wires' (winding wires) at Gujranwala, Pakistan.

GOLDAMATIC Deep Well Injector Pumps

Function:
This series of pumps are close coupled self-priming pumps is particularly suitable for pumping water from deep wells. The

deep well self priming pumps have the capacity of lifting water to a maximum of 38 meters. The pump is located on the surface with the injector immersed into the well. The delivery of the fluid generated by the impeller is conveyed to the outlet, the delivery is sucked, by means of a piping through the 'venturi system' connected to the suction chamber, which gives the necessary depression to the suction of the fluid where the injector is immersed in. The fluid sucked by the injector gets mixed in the venturi diffuser with the recycling fluid, coming from the injector body, consequently the fluid pressure increases and it is sucked by the pump through a piping.

Application:
Water supply to remote dwelling i.e. farm-houses, general water supply, pressurized water using pressure vessels, irrigation and industrial applications. Water transfer and garden watering applications. Note: Afoot-valve must be fitted to the injector also with the valve mounted to the outlet of the pump to ensure a suitable counter pressure during operation. The pipe connecting to the injector and the pumps body must always be fitted up before starting.

Pump construction:
Pump body and pump support in cast iron, metal impeller in GI, GII, GIII models and brass impeller in G IV model, diffuser in thermoplastic resin, mechanical seal in carbon & ceramic, rotor shaft in steel fitted with seal and with ball bearing, coupled with fan cooled (single/three phase) motor, the capacitor is permanently in circuit (in single phase motor).

Installation:
Upon installation, always prime the pump body first before start up. The pump must be installed with the motor shaft in the horizontal position.

Analysis
Problem
We visit and find that management of Golden pumps pvt Ltd face problems in its pumps parts (baring or impeller) that are damage after some time. Me and my group members try to solve that problem of golden pumps company by recommending strategy that will help the company and reduce its risk.

Repair Strategy
The baring and impeller of goldamatic pump are damage after some time due to these reasons pump consume more electricity and give low output. So we recommend REPAIR strategy to overcome that problem. At the first level we fixed problem of customer by replacing copper baring and impeller in golden pumps. At the second level we make team that properly check the working of pumps and remove root causes of problems. We adopt that strategy because it is less costly and very quick rather than other strategies.

Refinement Strategy
We do not recommend Refinement strategy because In 2009, GOLDEN has become Official Partner in Pakistan with world renowned pumps & motors manufacturing company SAER is one of the worlds largest pumps & motors manufacturing company which covers a wide range of water pumps technology and has more than 50 years of experience, enable GOLDEN to share its advance usage procedures and upgrade pumping technology in agricultural, industrial, domestic and public sector.

Reinvention Strategy
We do not recommend Reinvention strategy because the extensive range of GOLDEN PUMPS is the product of over 60 years leadership in Pakistani industrial, agricultural & domestic pump market. Now, GOLDEN's quality products are also exported regularly. GOLDEN knows the importance of pump reliability when it comes to transferring water. The Company firmly believes in honoring its customers by giving more than the true value for their money and is determined not to compromise on quality at any cost. Golden pumps are design according to the customer requirement and available in different sizes or capacity customer like its current product design and loyal with golden company that is its competitive advantage in water pumps market.

Renovation Strategy
We do not recommend Renovation strategy because company already uses high technology for innovation and technology advancement in its products the company makes partnership with Saer world largest company that has more than 50 year experience in water pumps technology.

We do not recommend reinvention or renovation strategy because these strategies are costly, time consuming and more risk of failure involve in it.

Suggestions and Recommendations:

Golden Pump can make export to the other companies With the help of the research and development golden pump can produce the parts which it is importing from the other countries at present Golden pump should open new display centers in other cities of the countries Advertisement budget should be increased by the golden pump to increase the awareness about the products produced by the Golden Pump Golden pump must consider its fast growing competitors
