Alert: +3 to awareness skills. Asleep: See Unconcious- but can be woken up. If youre asleep and youre hit with an attack, you wake up. Blinded: Cant see in character. [implications of this to be figured out/decided on a situational basis by GM, but something like, cannot hit ranged attacks, -10 to hit melee attacks, -10 to many skill rolls, 100% failure rate to others] Dazed: -X to hit, defend and skill check where X is the number specified, (Dazed 3 reduces your skill roll, defence and hit values by 3) Drugged: See Dazed. Drunk: o Drunk 1: +1 to Speech and Creation Skills, -1 to everything else. o Drunk 2: +1 to Speech, -3 to everything else. o Drunk 3: -5 to everything. Deafened Your character cannot hear. Fallen: No longer standing upright, a half action must be taken to stand up, until then you may not use basic attacks, enemies have +2 to hit and you cannot use dexterity to defend. Fallen characters have a maximum movement of 2. Frenzied: Attacks nearest character with a melee attack, friend or foe. If there is no one at melee range, the frenzied character will move to attack the nearest character. If two or more characters are at equal range, decide randomly who is attacked. Immobilized: An immobilized characters movement speed is reduced to 0. Pacified: A pacified character will not attack anything. Panicked: Your character becomes irrational, GM takes control of your character, you run away from everything or something in particular, depending on what the GM decides and the ability specifies. Paralyzed: See Stunned- but totally aware of whats going on. Paranoid: Cautious to an irrational level. +3 to awareness skills. -3 to all other skills. Silenced: Cant talk in character. Slowed: Movement is reduced by the number of squares specified (Slow 2 will reduce your movement speed in meters by 2) or a percentage (Slow 50% will half your movement speed). Your final movement speed will be rounded down to the nearest whole number if there is a fraction left over. The minimum movement speed from a slow is 1 meter. Stunned: See Unconcious- but still standing. Stupefied: Cannot cast any abilities; and the only skill checks you can succeed at are Athletics, Endurance and Intimidate. Taunted: You do everything in your power to attack the character that taunted you. Similar to Frenzied, but with a single target. Unconscious: Totally unable to control your character, opponents can land hits freely at their choice of location, you are unable to buffer incoming attacks.
