RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS Recruiting Methodology Collabera has a unique client focused recruiting methodology whereby all our clients have dedicated recruiting teams. Collabera provides dedicated recruitment teams headed by a dedicated national Account manager for you. This proven successful methodology ensures uniform services throughout all your locations as well as on the entire breadth of your needs. Collabera has dedicated Horizontal Sourcing Units (HSUs) that help the dedicated Collabera teams to create a pipeline of resources for niche or hard to find skills. Offshore Model Collabera has outsourced our back office operations to Tier 2 cities in India. This has helped lower our cost of service. This cost savings has been passed on to our clients without compromising on quality of services. Collabera also has additional recruiters in India that provide additional bandwidth to the dedicated client teams and help provide a 24x7 recruiting model that helps us to reduce our response time to our clients.

Screening and Testing Methodology Processes and systems have been developed at Collabera to ensure that only the Right Fit candidates are selected. Collabera has a stringent 3 level screening process that ensures only the best candidates are selected. Collabera has close to 4000 resources working globally. This has been possible due to our stringent quality checks and screening process. Transition Management Methodology Collabera has a proven and successful transition methodology that has been implemented with a number of our clients. Collaberas transition methodology streamlines the process of migrating knowledge, systems, and operating capabilities. The transition plan commences with the establishment of engagements that helps plan and execute transition effectively. The representatives from Collabera are well acquainted with ensuring the efficient migration of the identified processes and knowledge. Quality Assurance Collabera has its internal quality assurance process to measure all service delivered to our clients. All processes are tracked in our internal Quality Management System (QMS). This enables Collabera to track all service levels internally and implement any corrective actions proactively. A feedback mechanism from client also helps Collabera strengthen our internal processes. Training The training department at Collabera aims to enhance the capability of the workforce. The objective is to make the training department strong and self sufficient to take care of at least 80% of training needs internally. Collabera also has access to over 1900 courses covering various technologies and skills to ensure employees are up to date on current skills.

Intellectual Growth - through our Knowledge club which focuses on innovation and knowledge enhancement through talks, discussions, quarterly quiz competitions, fortnightly online quizzes, contests etc.

Personality Development - through the Culture Club which focuses on activities that increase environmental, social and cultural awareness through fun activities.

Physical Well-being - our sports committee organizes cricket, football and table tennis tournaments for employees. We also have a gym on campus.

Social Focus - through the CSR committee which focuses on giving back to the community and involves employees in this effort.

COMPENSATION, PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, STRATEGIC PAY PLANS AND FINANCIAL INCENTIVES In India, our compensation structure covers all common components including House Rent Corporate Allowance, Medical Insurance, Leave Travel Allowance and Medical Reimbursement. In addition, we also include performance-linked components at various levels. Our compensation programs are extended by a strong rewards and recognition system that rewards qualities integral to our organization - through awards for leadership, quality, customer delight and innovation. Robust performance appraisal systems, support the compensation and rewards programs. The Collabera HR team has developed a tool called 'PRISM' to measure performance of employees, share feedback and reward employees for their contributions. OTHER INITIATIVES

Corporate Social Responsibility Collabera Cares - a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative of Collabera, focuses on reaching out to communities to enable them to lead better, healthier and happier lives. This initiative is driven by the energy, effort and enthusiasm of Collaberas employees working together to lend a helping hand. Collabera Cares - has been working on initiatives to support children who are underprivileged or have special needs. Some of the activities undertaken by the team include:

The adoption of a class of 30 children, from a school near Collabera's Bangalore office

Support of a school for the blind, for infrastructural requirements as well as sponsorship of a teacher's salary

Internal donation drives Blood donation camps Organization of summer camps and outings for underprivileged children
