Each country of the world exercise pressure on the planet according to the degree of development, living standards, so that poor countries in terms of influence than a negative environment and developed countries, countries with a rich population, which and respect are much higher for environment. For a good correlation between the products, services and environmental protection have been identified environmental management systems, which offer a systematic way for resolving and managing immediate and long-term impact of products, services, processes of environmental organizations, giving orders and consistency to solve environmental problems by allocating resources responsabilities mapping and evaluation of the practices, processes and procedures. OMV Petrom S.A. must find a way to produce and provide energy for the long term, while balancing environmental considerations, social and economic approach to business. Petrom to ensure safe working conditions for employees to implement a range of measures to preserve the health and environmental risks minimized, and to reduce as much as possible the negative impact of its activities. A standard is a reference document, the document used in public contracts in international trade, on which a large number of commercial contracts, allowing access to the companies they have implemented various markets. Through implementation of ISO 14000 series of environmental standards are recognized as non-responsible companies, environmentally friendly, promotes quality products / services and improve internal processes.
