March 24, 2013 Palm Sunday

In our daily lives we make idols of sports heroes, rock stars and political persons. We cheer them on, trace their progress, pay money and cast votes to enjoy their talents. We recognize them with parades. Today we recognize the Lord Jesus as the greatest hero ever, both honored and misunderstood in the greatest parade ever, that ended up in a victory for us all!

GIVING AND RECEIVING OUR TITHES AND OFFERINGS On the first Palm Sunday the followers of Jesus sacrificed their coats and palm branches with shouts of praisetoday may we honor Christ with our gifts and our praise.
