Specialty day camps for 6-12 years Full of Half Day These specialty camps will focus on basic skill development in the areas of climbing, badminton, golf and basketball. Cornerstone Youth Theatre is dedicated to teaching theater arts skills, while helping students to develop their personal character by increasing focus, personal awareness, and confidence. No previous experience necessary. Cornerstone Musical Theater Camps are one of the most affordable, quality musical theatre camps in Central Alberta. Using a Broadway-styled theme, workshops include musical theatre, voice, dance and drama which are taught by highly trained, FUN counselors! Other activities include high energy games, specialty workshops and lots of rehearsals. Cornerstones camps are designed to create a hands on, multi-faceted theater experience. Campers will enjoy making new friends as they build performance and theater skills. Developing a ton of self-confidence, campers have the opportunity to perform on stage in front of an audience. After training with the teachers, campers will get their scripts, be cast, learn their lines and finally perform with great enthusiasm for family and friends. There is no better place for kids to learn about the theater and have an amazing experience than in Cornerstones positive and encouraging atmosphere. At COUNTRY ACRE STABLES, we have FUN with HORSES!! If your child LOVES HORSES and wants to learn more about HORSES, bring them to come spend some quality HORSE time with us! For 2013, we will again offer week long summer DAY CAMPS, and HORSE DAZE (daily mini horse camps). We are located between Bentley and Rimbey, on the west side of Gull Lake in Central Alberta, just a short drive from Sylvan Lake and Red Deer. At our camp, we provide each camper with their OWN HORSE for a week! All week long the campers have riding lessons, trail rides, and horseback games. Campers will learn horse safety, grooming, and basic principles of horsemanship. We keep the groups small for individual attention. We have 160 acres of scenic wooded trails and open fields, a riding arena, and picnic facilities. Besides day camps, we also offer trail rides and riding lessons. Country Acre Stables is also a popular spot for birthday parties, wiener roasts and company barbecues. Come visit us, youll be glad you did! YEE - HAH!!!
