ONG Chairman Dear Chairman Ong: Greetings! The PhilRES National Directorate would like to request for a courtesy call on Thursday, January 24, 2013, at 2:00 PM, 3rd Floor, PRC Main Building. The Directorate would like to sit down with the Board and discuss the following: The submission to PRBRES PhilRES Board Resolution FAIPO 2013 107 superseding Board Resolution FAIPO 2012 106; 2. Reiteration of PRC Resolution No. 19 Series of 2011 on the compliance of the resolution on the renewal of Professional Identification Card with PRC starting 2013; 3. Acceding to the letter directive of Hon. PRC Chairperson Teresita R. Manzala and implementation of joint resolution by PhilRes and PRBRES for the compliance of four (4) issues as indicated in the letter of November 20,2012; 4. Activation of two (2) PhilRes Ad Hoc Committees for Election Rules Committee and Membership Committee to work hand in hand with PRBRES 1.

After our January 24, 2012 meeting and succeeding meetings with PRBRES, we expect to accomplish the following: 1. Compliance of PRC Resolution No. 19 on the renewal of Professional Identification Card on which upon payment of fees or dues issuance of PhilRES Certificate of Membership to PhilRES Members thereof for presentation to the PRC for renewal of their Professional Identification Card (PICS). Intensify membership drive for the enlistment of 16,500 RESPs to enable them to vote and be voted upon. Further request assistance from PRBRES for the membership registration with PhilRES National.

3. Improve recommended Election Guidelines and Procedures by PhilRes Comelec with full coordination and cooperation with PhilRES Natiional and PRBRES; 4. Possible amendments and modifications in the Election Rules and Membership Guidelines to be introduced by PRBRES and PhilRES Committees and come up with mutually agreed framework and will issue a joint resolution on matters pertaining to the preparation and implementation of the upcoming PhilRES National Election; 5. Agree to set First General Membership Election on May, 2013 Thank you and we earnestly pray for your confirmation and look forward for the success of the election.
