Senior Advisor, Development & Relations (D&R) (Jakarta, 2008 - now) Advisor to the Vice President and the D&R function (government, community and internal relations) with a specific focus on community relations and development, local government relations, strategic communication (internal and external) and enhance functional excellence such as the development of policies, processes and procedures, personnel development and staffing. Lead multi disciplines efforts to develop long and short term strategy in enhancing the engagement with all stakeholders (community, government, etc.) and also in the execution of the strategy. Lead and/or personally participate in resolving various issues with the external stakeholders including conflict management. Provide mentoring and developing VP D&R direct reports and also to various individuals and groups within and outside the department. Briefly lead the security function in the development of the departments policies and procedures. In separate periods, temporarily acting as Government Relations Manager, CSR Manager as well Security Manager when the positions were vacant. Manager, Operations Technology (Jakarta, 2003) Specific assignment to overlook various major activities within the Drilling and Production Operations functions during the acquisition of Gulf Indonesia with focus on the consolidation and

synergy of the supply chain aspects of the two heritages concentrating on drilling materials and sea transportation. Involved in various corporate HR global initiatives included staffing, compensation and other HR issues related to the Conoco and Phillips merger. Structure Engineer, Belida Project (Houston, West Java & Offshore, 1992 1995) Involved in the design, construction and field installation of various offshore oil & gas facilities including platforms and pipelines and the hook-up & commission of these facilities. Construction Engineer & Superintendent (Jakarta, 1990 1991) Worked for the design and construction and field supervision of (oil) rig site location, jetty, roads, tanks, etc.

Worked in various locations in Indonesia and overseas (Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait) as Foundation & Construction Engineer for the design and field supervision of the construction of foundations of various structures such as offshore/swamp oil rig platforms, power, LNG and chemical plants, high rise buildings and airport. Managed various design and conducted field survey/work of soil investigation and foundation projects.
