WDW Series (ISO7500-1999)

Introduction:
WDW Series machine is used for testing the performance of metal, wood, rubber, asphaltum, plastic materials by tension, compression, bending and shearing. Assembled with kinds of accessories, it also can be used in other tests according to requirements. WDW Series machine consists of mainframe, computer and printer. The load force is provided by motor and measured by high precise load cell. The computer can automatically finish the test by the close-loop control system. The computer can timely display the test data and curves. When test is finished, User can do the analysis on the computer and edit test report according to requirement, then print test reports The mainframe of WDW Series consists of crossheads, ball screws, servo motor and work table with aluminum alloy cover as a floor type machine. The intensity of WDW Series machine is very high. The servo motor drives ball screws to turn through belt and the ball screws turn to lead the crosshead up and down. It also has the protection of overload, over compression, displacement limited and emergency stop. YAW series test software is designed to meet most of test requirements;. Software is based on Windows OS and easy to operate
