Experience

Assistant Project Manager Main contact and representative for the American-based developer on its five-star hotel site Lead and managed the RFI process for the restoration of the hotel and several farmhouses (Euro 65 million in Real Estate Value). Follow the permitting process for the Hotel and surrounding farmhouses to ensure that permits are granted in time. Coordinate and lead the purchase of all finish products. Coordinate with the electricians, plumbers, and general contractors in the field to ensure that designs are being followed and that work is completed on time and within budget. Act as a liaison between the architects and interior designers in the US and the contractors on site in Italy. Managed the categorization and maintain the organization of over Euro 500,000 worth of inventory in the warehouse. Oversaw the creation of over 20km. of hiking and biking trails throughout the propertys 4,200 acres. Internship - Freight Forwarder Coordinated the pick-up of Italian goods from suppliers for delivery to various Italian ports for shipment to the Far East.

Acted as a liaison between the developer and general contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Sought out and reviewed bids for new projects. Worked as the product logistics manager in maintaining the inventory of plumbing supplies, electrical fixtures, flooring material, etcetera within the project work site. Owner & Developer Acquired a lot in historic Soulard, hired an architect and general contractor to design and construct a 3000 s.f. single-family dwelling, and sold the home prior to construction.
