Meeting Review.
Thank You John, Pete and Lori for taking the time to meet with me last Wednesday. I felt it was an informative meeting reviewing your current business model and exploring how my services would be of benefit to your team. Pete and I had a phone conversation on Thursday where he offered some suggestive time frames and numbers in looking at a potential agreement. Ive prepared two agreement options for you to review before our meeting on Tuesday April 2, 2013. To gain maximum results in this role I feel very strongly that a three-month commitment from JH Varty to Total Entertainment needs to be struck. This also instills some security as a consultant in your company and will allow me to maximize my output potential.

Option 1 Contracted Agreement.

James Smolka of Total Entertainment would work closely with JH Varty Machinery in 3-Month module periods. Our Starting 3 Month Module would consist of breaking down and analyzing the current Business Model. From these results, both positive and negative a new Business Model / Action Plan will be developed utilizing a Value Stream Mapping Procedure. This procedure Identifies and prioritizes each section of each department allowing us to produce a strategic, effective finalized plan. Tasking strategies will then be assigned to the appropriate employees and departments.

Estimated Time Line

Time estimates could be subject to change with closer analysis. 1. Current Business Model, review & breakdown ~ 2-3 Weeks. 2. 2013 Business Model (Action Plan) development ~ 2-3 Weeks 3. Value Stream Mapping Procedure Includes tasking ~ 1-2 Weeks

Option 1 Conclusion.
Each Month (Module) will be reviewed and gaged by JH Varty Machinery Ownership Group. In-Office hours would consist of Tuesday Thursday 9am 5pm Other positive factors Include 1. Consulting Fees can be written off against your business. 2. No Requirement for Benefits or CPP. 3. Structured and gaged business relationship building

Option 2 Salaried Position

James Smolka would be hired on Full time 9-5 for a forty-hour workweek in the suggest position of Marketing Director and possible Sales Rep Duties. The Proposed Salary would be $35,000 / Year with an option to explore possible incentive based commissions and bonus based on Yearly Sales and Commissioned Sales. Suggested Holidays would be three weeks yearly. Benefits Not Require

Option 1 Conclusion.
Positive factors Include 1. This puts me in a Full time position 5 days a week to maximize output in working for and with JH Varty Machinery & Supplies.
