Biomass Briquetting is the process of converting low bulk density biomass into high density and energy concentrated fuel briquettes. Biomass Briquetting plants are of various sizes which converts biomass into solid fuels. Briquettes are ready substitute of Coal/wood in industrial boiler and brick kiln for thermal application. Biomass briquettes are Non-conventional Source of energy, Renewable in nature, Eco friendly, nonpolluting and economical. Process of converting biomass to solid fuel is also nonpolluting.
We are thus looking for partners especially for our second phase where we intent to involve the Gasifier Experimental Kits which will use the briquettes as feed stock to produce electrical power that we can use to produce briquettes in the most remote areas that are not supplied by the grid. We also intent to expand our production to about 2.5 tons per hour output in order to meet the growing demand for charcoal in the region. In general, Briquettes business is quite profitable since the production costs are quite low and the raw materials are readily available compared to charcoal burning business.
