Environment Health and Safety Policy

We, at AMP-Anand Motor Products, engaged in manufacturing of rubber & rubber to metal bonded parts are committed towards providing safe & healthy work atmosphere to our employees & associates and continually improve by proactive environment, health and safety strategies.

Design
The in house product & tool design center uses latest CAD/CAM systems along with high end softwares like : Pro E, Solid Works and CATIA for 3D modeling and drawing of parts, mold and jigs.

The design section is supported by a team of creative and sure footed engineering professionals with intelligence and imagination to determine successful solutions. This has led to the development of a wide range of automotive products for varied applications.

Product & Process Integration

R& D Lab
At AMP, the focus of all R&D activities is directed to one common aim enhanced customer satisfaction.

Being a technology based company, it specializes in the development and manufacture of performance formulated products for controlling vibrations, shocks, noise etc. NThe testing setup has the capabilities to test the raw material properties till the product performance life cycle. To ensure rubber compound mix quality, AMP has high resolution carbon dispersion analyzer besides other conventional test equipments. AMP product validation lab is fully equipped with sophisticated testing equipments i.e. Zwick Roells high frequency (100 Hz) dynamic Testing Machine, Zwick Roells UTM (Universal Testing Machine), Bush endurance and Torsional & Performance characteristic testing machines.

Tool Room
An ongoing stream of new product and new technologies designed to push the proverbial envelope to its outer limit is the hallmark of AMP. AMP-Anand Motor Products believes in continuous development using a combination of automotive expertise and rich mechanical experience of its skilled, educated and talented tool development engineers, dedicated to customer satisfaction, technology advancement and the kind of innovation that sparks change, improvement and progress. The in house product & tool design center uses latest CAD/CAM systems integrated with three axis CNC milling machines, CNC wire cut machines, EDM, Surface Grinders, Lathes, Drilling and tapping m/cs, Engraving m/c, Riveting m/c, MIG and Spot Welding & other conventional machines to manufacture in absolute adherence to specifications. For tool & part dimensional verifications, AMP standard room is equipped with 3 axis CMM machines besides other standard room equipments.

Tool Development Section The tool development section which is the integral part of our company is well equipped with state-of-the-art tool making facilities like:

Manufacturing Facilities
Metal Preparation Plant
Anand Motor Products is one of the few composite units in the world where, starting from tool making to rubber mixing, metal pressings, molding, assembly etc. all activities are done under one roof. AMP deploys the most advanced setup for metal surface treatment facilities. It has fully computerized eleven tank phosphating plant combined with mechanical treatment like shot blasting & sand blasting machines & PLC controlled automatic line for zinc electroplating.

Besides this, an imported 24 station automatic adhesive spray system for bushing tubes is available ensuring uniform layer on tubes for consistent & superior bonded parts.

Metal Pressing Section

The Metal Pressing section is equipped with Hydraulic, Mechanical and Pneumatic Presses with a capacity ranging from 20 tons to 400 tons with complete welding facilities.

Rubber Compounding Section

The state-of-the-art mixing section comprises K2A intermix with computerized wing for bulk raw material and fine chemicals. The system operates on SCADA based software capable of managing 80 recipes at a time.

Molding Section
AMPs production unit is capable of molding over three million pieces per month. This is achieved by its 80 latest machines including Microprocessor Controlled Injection, Transfer and Compression Molding of capacity ranging between 50 to 400 tons.

Paint Shop
To achieve perfect finish, the parts are assembled and painted on mechanized lines. These salient manufacturing capabilities in conjunction with a vision to excel has earned AMP accolades and award from states and national and international bodies.
