Has been an accredited trainer in the corporation after undergoing a series of programs through ISISD, ISABS, IIM (A) programs in HRD. He holds a postgraduate diploma from the Atlanta Institute of Management. Psychometrics, personality profiling and counselling are his forte. An Engineer by qualification, Marketing-man by profession but HRD is a passion. Dr. Mikkilineni Narasimha, B.Tech, PGDHRM, PGDFE, MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D; Consultant: Dr. M. Narasimha is the founder and the Director of Leo Academy for Competitive Exams, which was started in 2006-07 at Hyderabad. He graduated with Bachelors of Technology from G.Pulla Reddy Engg College, Kurnool. He started his career as a Trainer in Aptitude. He worked for many organizations as a trainer for about 3 to 4 years. He is the sole aptitude trainer in India and one among a very few in the world, with a doctorate in aptitude. He researched on aptitude and its effects on evolution of human intelligence, causes for the development of aptitude in a person in relation with his/her childhood and present environments and the effects of aptitude on perception of a person.
