COST OF STANDS
Stand options Non Food Stands: Micro (5 x 5) = R1 000.00 ( must supply all your own equipment ) Macro (5 x 10) = R2 000.00 ( must supply all your own equipment ) Please discuss requirements as costs could change Food Stands: Macro (5 x 10) = R2000.00 ( must supply all own equipment ) We will give preference to suppliers willing to do more than one airshow.

PAYMENT FOR EXHIBITIONS

Full payment of exhibition fee must be paid when handing in your application form. Only paid for bookings will confirm allocated space. No bookings will be accepted without payment. Early Payment will confirm booking. All fees must be paid one week (7 days) prior to the event Please make sure that your proof of payment has been received. LATE ARRIVALS
Exhibitors that arrive later than 08:00 on the Event day will be penalised by R350.00 Exhibitors who do not arrive will forfeit all payments made.

24 Hour security will be provided during each air show. Exhibitors tickets will be limited to two tickets per stall. No exhibitor will be able to access or leave the grounds without his/her ticket

RULES FOR EXHIBITORS

No Accommodation will be provided at the event Only items listed on the application form may be sold. If goods which are not listed are sold, it will be confiscated. No items that can be classified as dangerous may be sold. This includes: Knifes, Guns, Alcohol, Bibi-Guns, Dart pipes, Blow Pipes, Darts, lasers and Fire Works. Please ensure that your whole display area is kept clean and tidy for the duration of the event All exhibitors must be ready for trading on the Saturday at 08:30. No exhibitor may dissemble his/her stall or stop trading before 15h00 on Saturday unless the show is deemed closed by the Flight Safety Officer. Exhibitors may only bring vehicles into the exhibition area once given clearance to do so by the KZN Winter Air Tour staff Exhibitors may only leave the exhibition premises once clearance have been given by the KZN Winter Air Tour staff Weather is always a factor in outdoor events and cancellation of the show is at the discretion of the Flight Safety Officer and no refunds will be given in the event that the show is cancelled No surveys may be conducted inside or outside the centre without prior arrangement with the Organisers. Please note that no power is available at any of the venues Distribution of sales promotional material is only permitted in the Exhibit area. The use of devices for mechanical, reproduction of sound is prohibited. Music, whether mechanical, vocal or instrumental, is prohibited except in connection with motion picture projection. Operation of radio or television equipment receiving outside broadcasts is prohibited. Any demonstrations or presentations must be a low volume so that nearby exhibitors are not bothered. Any form of attention-getting devices or presentations must be terminated when crowds jam aisles or infringe upon another exhibitor's display or impede neighbouring exhibitors from conducting their business. The Exhibitor agrees to make no claim for any reason against the Exhibit, the KZN Winter Air Tour Committee or against the management or owners of the relevant airport or the employees of any of them. The Exhibit or the KZN Winter Air Tour Committee itself will not be liable for the fulfilment of this Contract as to the delivery of space, and further will not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs or other unfavourable conditions due to any of the following causes: by reason of the building being destroyed by fire, act of God, public enemy, national emergency strikes, the

authority of the law, weather, or any cause beyond their control. They will, however, in the event of their not being able to hold an Exhibit for any of the above named reasons, reimburse the Exhibitor pro-rata for any prepaid rent, less any and all legitimate expenses incurred by the Exhibition.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, or relocate, any exhibition and may ask any exhibitor to change or remove any exhibition material. Cognisance needs to be taken of the fact that the airports are still operational up to a point and that delays and disruptions beyond the organisers control do occur. KZN Winter Air Tour will do their best to resolve issues as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for loss of income Exhibitors who are selling food items are required to ensure that they have the correct, valid documentation to allow them to trade as a food vendor. A Certificate of Acceptability must be submitted with application documents. Our events are inspected by the Health Authorities on trading day and any exhibitor who is non compliant could be asked to leave by the Health Dept. The Organizer reserves the right to restrict exhibitors from selling certain products at their discretion The Organizer does not offer exclusivity to any vendor with regards to product or industry unless this negotiated from a branding rights perspective for each event Should an exhibitor arrive and set up a stand that is different in either content or size than what was applied for, the Organizer reserves the right to request additional payment Non-compliance to these terms could result in you being asked to leave the premises.
