PREFACE
In hyper dynamic corporate world where globalization is new buzz word, it becomes imperative effort each and every organize action to meet the global standard. In this context the business education is also witnessing great changes, which rib for excellence to meet the global standard to meet budding managers, are not only able to feel pulls of the changes but also be get them absorbed to do the right thing at the right time in right way.

1- Our institute is thoroughly aware of the various challenges/problems that

are expected to emerge during the training program. For this purpose, it has always provided due importance for shaping the future of its students by placing them in Indias reputed business and industrial organisation in summer for there training needs, so that they may get themselves acquired with what they have to face after the completion of the course. With reference to this, I got an opportunity to undergo through the summer training program of 6 weeks at BHEL. Here I learned how the various department function in achieving the corporate goal of the concern, emphasizing on sales. If this project lives up to its expectation and title, I shall fell my labours have been more than worthwhile.
