This method is suitable in treatment of cold disorder of deficiency type, such as intractable numbness, coldness and pain of limbs. The puncture hole should not be pressed after withdrawing the needle. Action and indication Cool- producing needling is a reducing and cooling method, which makes Yin Qi go outwards, this inducing cool sensations in the patient. It is applied to heat syndromes. b. Pendinginan langit manipulasi: Seperti dengan metode panas memproduksi, menentukan porsi, dalam menengah dan atas needlingsite sebelum penyisipan. Pertama, masukkan jarum ke bagian dalam, lembut dorong dan tegas mengangkat beberapa kali. Insert the needle 0,1 cun at a time, until the needle tip reaches the designated depth. Repeat the previous course three times after every 0,1 cun insertion to make the hot sensation spread. If no hot sensation is induced, ask the patient to breathe in through the mouth naturally three times, or, scrape the needle handle to make the needle tip tremble and promote the arrival of qi. Ketika sensasi panas telah diinduksi pada pasien, perlahan-lahan tarik keluar jarum dan segera tekan lubang tusukan.
