Develop requirements and write specifications for performance, durability and NVH characteristics. Troubleshoot failure modes and work directly in vendor facilities to correct quality concerns. Mentor & develop new engineers. Extended residence at vendor facilities overseas developing quality and warranty analysis systems. Support annual savings of $500,000 by facilitating new vendor implementation and current vendor cost workshops. Technical Lead/Mentor for new Product Engineers outside of the U.S.A.
