Environment: Business Objects XI R2/R3 (CCM, CMC, Designer, Web Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, Import Wizard), Windows XP.. Description:
It is for the HR ,to automate the recruitment process it is to analyze the attrition percent of the employees. The business analysis phase captured the requirements for the different types of recruitment process. The total data will be generate in the form of reports through Webi,Deski,Crystal,Xcelsius.

Responsibilities:
Attended Business meetings and assisted Business Analysts in gathering requirements. Involved in setting up the environments for DEV / QA / STG-1, STG-2 for this implementation. Designed universes and applied row level and objects level restrictions to different groups and users as required. Interacted with Oracle Apps team members to understand the BRDs and convert them to tangible Technical specs to be used in report specifications. Coordinating with onsite team to update the business requirements. Work hand-hand during the entire product development. Created Classes (Sub classes), Objects, Prompts and Predefined conditions and user defined objects and custom Hierarchies for drill down purposes. Used @Functions like @Prompt (for user defined queries), @Where (for creating conditional filters), and @Select to create duplicate objects in the process of building the Universes. Tested Universe and Reports, which includes Database connectivity. Resolved loops and contexts to ensure the correct results from the query. Objects in the universe, to ensure the correct mapping of the objects. Aggregate awareness to ensure the query is pulling correct level of aggregation. Verified the data by running the SQL against the database. The current BlueServ application is a combination of a web front-end tool used for accepting survey responses and analyzing data and a desktop client application called Marketing Services Data Administration (MSDA). The future BlueServ application will provide enhanced functionality in a web-based application that is accessible form any computer using a web browser. Blue2 BCBSAs web-application built for real-time transmission of transactions, so you can better handle inter-Plan claims exceptions management. Using Blue2, you can manage claims inventory, request a claim status, view claim formats, request medical attachments, and send electronic attachments. The Singular dealer portal allows a dealer to purchase AT&T products online. The business analysis phase captured the requirements for the different tender types of payments including credit cards. It is converted from legacy systems to oracle. The Existing system will support Order Status, iStore, Rebate, Gross Revenue Information Responsibilities: Attended Business meetings and assisted Business Analysts in gathering requirements Designed universes and applied row level and objects level restrictions to different groups and users as required Interacted with Oracle Apps team members to understand the BRDs and convert them to tangible Technical specs to be used in report specifications Coordinating with onsite team to update the business requirements.
