It is for the HR ,to automate the recruitment process it is to analyze the attrition percent of the employees. The business analysis phase captured the requirements for the different types of recruitment process. The total data will be generate in the form of reports through Webi,Deski,Crystal,Xcelsius.

Responsibilities:
Attended Business meetings and assisted Business Analysts in gathering requirements. Involved in setting up the environments for DEV / QA / STG-1, STG-2 for this implementation. Designed universes and applied row level and objects level restrictions to different groups and users as required. Interacted with Oracle Apps team members to understand the BRDs and convert them to tangible Technical specs to be used in report specifications. This Project has been developed for investment management system of Citibank, which is one of the largest savings and financial banks in New York. We generated reports that helped analyze how the customers are investing in mutual funds, trade stocks, bonds and mortgages by business users. The project involved development of various complex, Ad-hoc and canned reports. Large manipulations were done to generate reports that could help the mangers to analyze and improve the performance of company in the weaker areas and increase customer base. Responsibilities: Developed universes, reports using Designer, Web Intelligence and Desktop Intelligence. Created metrics and dashboards using Application Foundation. Exported the universes to the Repository to make resources available to the users. Created reports for various Portfolios using the Universes as the main data Providers. Handled all the change requests to the existing universes requested by reporting team. Worked towards optimal development of universes by removing loops through the use of aliases and contexts, Creating Universe with number of Classes, many objects, Derived Tables using inner/outer and equiv. joins as per requirement. Used Dashboard Manager to build Dashboards and deploy them across the organization to monitor business performance.
