Isaiah 9:5-7 5 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. 6 And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on Davids throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.

Jesus 4 Titles of Transformation

And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Title = bestowed recognition and responsibility with corresponding authority to complete a given task.

These titles are not given for Him to serve, help and bless us ... They are revealed to us so we can know how to relate to Him. How to live our lives to honor and serve Him and His purposes!

Davids Throne: this is the language of Kingship and Rule

Counsel is given for growth. You have to submit to His instruction : no other Source.

God is revealed for understanding Calling and Purpose. You have to worship and serve Him : no other Means.

Father is given for Authority. You have to be obedient : no other Way.

This is what FATHER looks like ...

Peace comes through Salvation. You have to to be SAVED by Jesus : no other Provision.
