PRAISE & PRAYER POINTS APRIL 2013 Praise Points

Music for Missions concert was conducted on 9th March 2013 at Bethel Church, Vellore to raise funds for MUT Gandhi Nagar building project (Concert by Living Waters & One Man Band). We thank God for the volunteers who worked hard for the successful completion of this program. We also praise God for the good response & good climate.

Five couples from 3 missions BYM, FMPB & CFH attended Marriage Enrichment Seminar (English) from 14th 16th March at ODC, conducted by Drs. Susheel & Valsa Tharian.

Ten couples from 4 missions FMPB, CFH, ICGM & Mahanaim Ministries attended Marriage Enrichment Seminar (Tamil) from 19th to 22nd March at ODC, conducted by Dr. Alex & Mrs. Hannah Alex.

Vision casting at Palayamkottai held on 9th & 10th March. Twenty ladies from CSI church Women's Fellowship, Theni had a retreat on 23rd March.

Mr. Paul Jeysingh - Independent missionary - Gujarat Has come for kidney transplant. His wife will be donating one of her kidneys. After a long waiting & procedures, the transplant date is fixed on 10th April.

Mr. Duke Joel Ragland, S/o Rev. Raja Edwin Moses, FMPB, Haryana - (Cancer in leg bone). Surgery over, radiation over & 7 chemotherapy over. 8th chemo on 16.04.13. He is improving. He is studying Engineering 2nd year in Chennai.

Jonathan S J, S/o Mr. Dambarudhan Sethi, EFICOR, Bihar (developmental problem) going through occupational therapy. Improving slowly.

Jenissa Arul, D/o Mrs. Jebita Arul, Greater Grace Fellowship. HYD - (Developmental problem). Taking occupational therapy since 3 months. Improving slowly.

Mark Abishek (6 yrs), S/o Pst. Vijaymashi ECI, Fathepur- (Deaf & Dumb) Getting speech Therapy.

Prayer Points Oddanchatram Master Plan approval. Property tax is being paid at commercial rate. Pray that God will intervene and send a person to help us in this. Approval got for transformer, tarred road and Panchayat water supply to be executed. General Prayer Request Mrs. Grace, W/o Christudoss, MUT Care giver, Chennai is on family way. For all the people involved (Both givers and receivers of Care) in the programs and projects of MUT will understand the spiritual values behind these God given opportunities to bless and be a channel of blessing to one another. Home Call: - Mrs. Marita Kisku, NMS, Jharkhand, died on 19th March due to fire accident. Leaving behind her Husband with 3 male children - Eliya Kisku (12 yrs), Timothy Kisku (8 yrs) & Robin Kisku (5 yrs) Mrs. Kim Sholal (46 yrs), IEM, Manipur, passed away on 31st March due to blood cancer. She had started her journey with IEM, as a missionary based in Theri in Dehradun Mission Field in Uttarkhand along with her husband. Later they moved to Church Ministries at Imphal, Manipur. She is a well-known convention preacher in her mother tongue Kuki language. All along in her missionary journey she had played a firm supportive role to her husband in his ministries and she was also well known for her hospitality.

She has left behind her husband Rev. T. Sholal (52yrs) and her two sons, Paominlun (22yrs, doing his 2nd year Engineering) Paotinlen (11yrs studying 6th Std).
