(b) Where cancellation is made less than 48 hours but not less than 6 hours before your first journey: If you have not yet made the first journey permitted by your ticket, and your claim for a refund is made less than 48 hours before but no later than 6 hours before the departure of your first journey, we will refund 50% of the fare for both single and return journey tickets.
