KEY PLANETS Now we are giving key-planets, as auspicious and inauspicious for each ascendant. If the chart under examination has Aries ascendant look below under Aries .If your birth chart has Leo in the first house, look to Leo. And so on. Aries The Sun, Moon, Mars and Jupiter are auspicious; Mercury, Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. Taurus The sun, Venus and Saturn are auspicious. Mercury is also auspicious but he can also due to ownership of the second house. The Moon, mars and Jupiter are auspicious. Gemini Mercury and Venus are auspicious. Jupiter is also auspicious. The moon is neutral and would not kill unless he is conjoined with a malefic. The Sun, Mars and Saturn are inauspicious. Saturns ownership of the eight outweighs his ruler ship of the ninth .But if Saturn is in eight or ninth. He becomes auspicious. Cancer The Moon, mars and Jupiter are auspicious. Jupiters ruling the ninth house is more weighty than his owning the sixth. The sun is neutral. Mercury, Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. Leo The sun and mars are auspicious. Jupiter if in fifth or eight in his own sign is auspicious, otherwise he will show mixed results. The Moon is neutral. Mercury, Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. Virgo The sun and mars are auspicious but Venus has also propensity to kill. Jupiter also shows auspicious results but he has also propensity to kill. Saturn shows mixed results but becomes auspicious if he tenants the fifth. The sun is neutral. The moon and mars are inauspicious. Libra Mercury, Venus, and Saturn are auspicious. The Moon is also so, but in a lesser measure. The sun and Jupiter are inauspicious. Scorpio The sun, the Moon, mars and Jupiter are auspicious but Jupiter has also propensity to kill. Mercury, Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. Sagittarius The Sun, mars and Jupiter are auspicious. Mercury is also auspicious but has propensity to kill. Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. The moon if with eight or more digits shows good results.

Capricorn Venus and Saturn are auspicious. The Moon, the Sun, mars and Jupiter are inauspicious. Mercury is in fifth or eighth shows good results. Otherwise he shows mixed results. Aquarius Venus and Saturn are auspicious. The Moon, the Sun, Mars and Jupiter are inauspicious. Mercury if in the fifth or eight shows good results. Otherwise he shows mixed results. Pisces The Moon, mars and Jupiter are auspicious. Mercury is also auspicious but has propensity to kill. The sun, Venus and Saturn are inauspicious. If in the above classification, the lord of the third is in third or the lord of the sixth or the lord of the eleventh in eleventh, he is not deemed inauspicious but shows good results during his period

How to Study a Horoscope Horoscope Reading in Vedic Astrology - B.K. Kumar Horoscope is like a snapshot of planetary position in Rashi and Bhava at the time of birth or event. Planet's position in houses rising in sing has great predictive value. In Vedic Astrology there is developed methodology to know the past, present & future related to a native from his horoscope. In an astrological chart, signs, houses, planets and their degree jointly make promises what are to be enjoyed by the native in his life. If there is no promise in the horoscope for a matter, native will never able to enjoy that thing in his this life. For example, if there is no promise of marriage in the horoscope of a native, it means in this life he will have to deprive from the enjoyment of married life. Likewise is the case with rest of aspects of life if it is promised only then the same will happen in life otherwise native will have to suffer for that matter.

For knowing the promise of anything in the horoscope, it is quite necessary to consider the same w.r.t ascendant and its lord. These two should signify the matters. Thereafter, promises should be checked from the concerned house and its lord including relevant houses and their lords. Promise should be checked from Karaka Planet also. It is worthy to mention that if Lagna, Lagnesh, Concerned house and it lord including relevant houses and their lords and Karaka Planet are linked fruitfully and bereft of any malefic influence, there is great chance that on appropriate Mahadasha, Antaradasha, Pratyantardasha the promise will fructify successfully in a natural way. With linkage to all factors, if there is affliction on them, it is indication of delay & discord while without linkage and severe affliction on the said factors may be indication of negation. For confirmation of promise shown in the natal chart, there is strong recommendation of Maharshi Parashara for checking the same in the Navamsha chart and in concerned divisional chart in the same fashion what is adopted for studying the natal chart. A house is understood unafflicted & powerful when its (a) house lord finds his placement in his house, (b) house lord aspects his house (c) house lord finds exalted, MT, friendly or own sign (d) house lord and/ or his house is aspected by benefic planet (e) house lord gets placement in D-9 in exalted, MT, friendly or own sign or Vargottama (f) house lord and house get more points in Ashtakavarga (g) house lord and house get good shadabala, (h) house Lord and house are in Shubha Kartari or bereft of Paap Kartari (i) house lord is winner in planetary war or without involvement in Graha Yddha (j) house lord find his placement in friendly or relevant Nakshatra (k) house lord is not combusted or in Rashi Samdhi. (l) house lord is not under the influence of functional & natural malefic or RahuKetu axis (eclipsed) or degree-wise aspect with malefic planets, (m) dispositor is in good condition and powerful. For assessing the strength of a planet, we should check the Awastha of planet viz, Balayadi, Diptadi etc. Good Awastha of planet makes him powerful for giving result in his jurisdiction. In Balyadi Awastha, a planet from 12 degree to 18 degree is understood as strong. And in Deeptadi Awastha, a planet become powerful when it is exalted, Mool Trikon (MT), own sign (Swarashi) or friendly (Mitra) sign. In opposite case, it loses power. Opposite condition of planets in abovesaid points make house lord & house weak and shows negation or delay in fructification of the promise related that house lord or house.

For every different lagna, a planet, despite its natural significations , becomes functional benefic, malefic or neutral. Mars, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu are natural malefic, Sun is Kroor Graha, Moon and Mercury are depentdant for being benefic or malefic, Jupiter and Venus are natural benefic. 6L, 8L & 12L are functional malefic. Trishadayesh (3L, 6L, 11L) are also considered malefic. In any horoscope that planet will called most functional malefic who is simultaneously lord of Trik and Trishaya houses. When a benefic planet becomes the lord of Kendra (1H, 4H, 7H or 10H) he loses his power to give benefic result due to Kendradhipati Dosha. While a malefic planet has to leave his maleficience in this case. Due to this dosha loss of shubhatva of shubha planet is definitely not good. But if a benefic planet is placed in Kendra without being the lord of Trik houses (6H/ 8H/ 12H), it is good and in this condition that benefic planet gives benefic results. When a benefic planet becomes the lord of Trika or Trishadaya houses or finds placement in these houses, he loses his power to give his natural benefic results. While when a malefic planet becomes lord of said houses or find placement in the said houses he has also to lose his natural power to give malefic results. Here it is necessary to mention that 11th house is Upachaya Bhava and house of fulfillment and income also. So for these matters, placement of planets/ lord in 11th house is considered good. Somewhere it has been mentioned that for health this house/ house lord is not good.

In a horoscope Kendra houses are said to be Vishnu Sthan and Trikon houses are called Lakshami Sthan. Lagna is Kendra as well as Trikona houses. So it contains both Vishnu tatwa and Laxmi tatwa. Trikon houses and their lords are always considered necessarily benefic. This is why it is said that Lagnesh always gives good & benefic results even if he is simultaneously Trika lord. The lord of Trika house(s) wherever posit(s), spoil(s) the significations of that house except his owned house. Likewise whichever planet gets placement in the Trik house or association with Trik house lord, he has to suffer and lose his significations. However, it is said that Sun and Moon are befreft of this dosha. 2L, 8L and 12L are called to be neutral, if it is placed somewhere alone. In case of his placement with other planet(s), these lords acquire the signification of influencing planet(s). If a planet is lord of Kendra and simultaneously it is lord of trine house also, that planet is called Yogakaraka. It is understood that Yogakarka planet bhaves like exalted planet and gives result accordingly. Likewise happens in the case of Vargottama planet(s). A planet is said Vargottama when in Navamsha also it gets placement in the same sign. Planet having digabala, gives good result. A planet gains digbala (directional strength) when it finds placement in certain house (not sign). Jupiter & Mercury get digbala in Lagna. Sun & Mars in 10 H, Saturn in 7H and Moon & Venus in 4H get digbala. While studying a horoscope, first scan all the houses and their lords. See whether there is a planet in exalted, debilitated, combusted or retrograde state. Observe the condition of house lords. It is believed that exalted benefic planet does not give benefic result in his retrograde motion and malefic planet also does not give malefic results in the said condition. Note Dhan Yoga, Raj Yoga, exchange between houses or other specific thing, if there any in the chart. For success in the matter, note the Badhakesh and his condition, position etc. In the running dasha period, if there is involvement of Badhakesh, there should be failure or delay in the related matter. For moveable sign (in ascendant), Badhakesh is 11L. For fixed sign (in ascendant) 9L is Badhakesh and for mutable or common sing (in ascendant) 7L is badhakesh. For study of health, we should consider the Maraka house and its lord and planets placed in Maraka houses. The dasha period of these planets can be dangerous for the native because a maraca planet give death or deathlike situation and grief. In any horoscope, 2H and 7H are Maraka house and their lords are Markesh. 2h is Maraka house because it is 7th from 8th house and 7 is 12th from the house of aayu i.e 8H. Simultaneously, 7H is Asta and Lagna is Udaya for a native. Generally, benefic, if it is a maraca planet, does not act like markesh. Yes, if there is another planet in association of that subha marakesh, that associated planet will act like markesh planet in reality. Saturn is unconditional maraca planet. So, for health point of view there is great need of taking note of dasha of maraca planet including lord of trika and trishaday. No planet is always operational and ready to give his result. When dasha of that planet becomes operational and in transit also he agrees then the matter fructifies. There are various dasa including conditional dasha. Vimshottari Dasa, Ashtottari Dasa, Yogini Dasha, Chara Dasa, Sthira Dasha, Mandook Dasa, Kaalchakra Dasa, Narayana Dasha etc are a few important dashas. Among them Vimshottari Dasha is most important & reliable. Yogini dasa and Chara dasa are also correct to some extent. If any event is shown by Vimshottari, one should confirm the same through Yogini and Chara dasha

also. In Vimshottari dasha period is of 120 years. Every planet has been assigned some years in a mysterious way. Venus dasha is of 20 yrs, Saturn 19 yrs, Rahu 18 yrs, Mercury 17 yrs, Jupiter 16 yrs., Moon 10 yrs, Mars & Ketu 7 yrs and Sun is of 6 yrs. Vimshottari Dasha order starts from Ketu. After Ketu, venus dasha comes and then Sun, Moon, Marsh, Rahu, Jupiter, Saturn and Mercury period comes in the last. Vimshottari dasha is calculated as per the nakshatra of moon at the time of birth/ event. This nakshatra lords becomes the first Mahadasha lord in the life of native. Moons degree shows the balance of dasha. The period of mahadasha is divided into 9 parts. Which is called antaradasha. Likewise division of antaradasha (AD) gives pratyantar dasha. AD & PD show the event to be happened in the recent future. Mahadasha (MD) is in the role of policy maker. It decides broadly about the matter going to fructify in his assigned tenure as per promise in the horoscope. Antara and Pratyantara are in the role of executing authority. These executes the dictate of Mahadasha lord. (MDL) ADL, PDL etc will not give that result which is not permitted by the MDL. The whole period of Dahsa is how much benefic and result oriented, it is to be judged from the strength of planet (as mentioned above). The axis of MD, AD, PD are also important if they are in 6/8 or 2/12 axis, the dasha period will not be so benefic or fruitful. Planetary relationship in the natal chart also plays role in this. Result of LL, 4L, 5L, 9L, 10L, Yogakaraka, Vargottama, Digbali planets are generally good. Dasha of planets having benefic influence give good results in their periods. Dasha of Lagnesh and its friendly planets give good result and if they are enemic to the lagnesh, give bad results. Dasha of that planet who is combusted, debilitated, retrograded, associated with R/K or 6L/ 8L/ 12L is generally not good. The period of Badhaka planet creats impediments in the success and markesh gives helath problems and death also.

Ashtakavarga In Vedic Astrology, Ashtakvarga finds important place. This is a great aid to Vedic Astrology particularly for timing the event through transiting planets. Besides, it indicates the strength of planets as well as houses. Ashtakvarga is a samskrit word that can be divided into two syllables - one is Ashtak (Eight) and other is Varga (Chart.). So meaning of Ashtakvarga is Eight Charts. In Ashtakvarga, there are 8 source of reference - 7 planets only (Rahu & Ketu are shadow planets) and one Lagna. Lagna is something that has to perceive all the affects of all seven planets as per their accidental position in the horoscope. In return Lagna also influences planets. This is why Parashara has advocated to consider eight source of energy (7 planets & 1 Lagna) in Ashtakavarga. In this system, each and every planet including Lagna influences one and another in particular way or other w.r.t their natal position. In any horoscope ascendant is taken as the epitom of promises therein. So when Lagna is got influenced obviously other houses, which are in existence only due to Lagna, also get influenced. When such influence is to be shown in charts, eight charts are needed to prepare which are known Ashtakvarga. Through Ashtakavarga, an astrologer studies and quantifies the mutual influence of planets in Prastar Ashtakvarga, Bhinnashtaka Varga, Sarvashtakavarga and Samuday Ashtakvarga (for Gochar) with respect to their accidental placement in the Sign and Houses. In Vedic Astrology,

there is no other astrological aid that reveals so demonstratively the matter under consideration. This is why, it has been said that through Ashtakavarga, even a dull astrologer also can predict the thing accurately.

Yogas in Vedic Astrology There are various yogas considered in Vedic or Hindu astrology. Important yogas are given below: Pancha Mahapurusha Yoga : There are 5 mahapurusha yoga. Ruchaka yoga: In a kendra Mars is in its own sign or in exaltation. Result: Brave, arrogant, victorious. Bhadra yoga: In a kendra Mercury is in its own sign or in exaltation. Result: Intellectual, learned, rich, good in commerce and communication. Hamsa yoga: In a kendra Jupiter is in its own sign or in exaltation. Result: Religious, very fortunate, wealthy, righteousness, comforts, devotion etc. Malavaya yoga: In a kendra Venus is in its own sign or in exaltation. Result: Wealthy, loves life, sometimes self-indulgent, good marriage, strong sense of justice. Shasya yoga: In a kendra Saturn is in its own sign or in exaltation. This yoga makes powerful, strict, position of authority. The native is liked by all, equivalent to a king or a minister and is tough- hearted. Parivartana Yoga :A parivartana yoga occurs when planet A is in the sign of planet B, and planet B is in the sign of planet A. Dainya yoga: This yoga occurs when one of the planets participating in the yoga is lord of the sixth, eighth or twelfth house. These are dushtana houses that generally have an unfavourable influence. In most cases, the lord of the sixth, eighth or twelfth house will be strengthened by the benefic influence of the other planet. However, the other planet involved in this yoga is always damaged. Kahala yoga: If 4L and 9L(or Jupiter) are in an angular position, w.r.t each other and if the Lagna Lord is strong, this yoga is formed. If 4L and 10L are together(or if the Lord of X aspects 4th Lord), and the 6th Lord is in own/exaltation sign, this yoga is formed. This yoga makes native learned, beautiful / handsome in appearance, disciplined, obedient to superiors, enjoying life, obstinate, adventurous, heading town councils, senses under control, good moral character Kartari Yoga:This group of yogas is caused by planets being placed around a certain house and/or planet. The most generally occurring Kartari yoga is when two benefics or malifics enclose a planet or a house.

Sunapha Yoga: Planets in the second house (other then the Sun) calculated from the Moon richness, financial benefits. The effects of this are stronger if benefics are situated in the second house calculated from the Moon. Should there be one or more malefics in this second house from the Moon, the effect will be limited, or there will be no effect at all. Anapha Yoga: Planets in the twelfth house (other then the Sun) calculated from the Moon religious. This effect increases if there are benefics in the twelfth house calculated from the Moon, but should it concern one or more malefics, the effect is limited or non-effective. In Kennedy's horoscope, Saturn is in the eleventh house, which is the twelfth house calculated from the Moon. He was not known to be a particularly religious man. Durudhura Yoga: Planets (other then the Sun) in both the twelfth and the second house calculated from the Moon - rich and high morals (especially if it concerns beneficial planets). Kemadruma Yoga: There are no planets in either the twelfth or the second house calculated from the Moon. Other planets do not support the functions of the Moon. The person will feel lonely and lead a rather difficult life. There are many ways in which this difficult yoga can be neutralised. An example: should the Moon be in either a kendra or a trikona house, in conjunction with another planet or being aspected by Jupiter this yoga will be greatly neutralised. Veshi Yoga: When a planet (other then the Moon) is in the second house calculated from the Sun, it forms a veshi yoga. This yoga gives riches and status, at least when this yoga is formed by benefics. If it is formed by malefics it can lead to all kinds of problems. Voshi Yoga: This occurs when a planet (other then the Moon) is placed in the twelfth house calculated from the Sun. This yoga supports spiritual development and intelligence, at least when it is formed by a benefic. A malefic in the twelfth house calculated from the Sun will give us problems. Ubhayachari Yoga: There is a planet (other then the Moon) in both the second and the twelfth house calculated from the Sun. This brings good fortune in many areas, but again only if it involves benefics. Malefics will create trouble. This yoga makes native talkative, intelligent, strong, taking care of his relatives, favours from Govt, superiors, active, eloquent, sympathetic, helping others Dhana Yoga : Dhana Yoga brings material wealth and money, because it links the money houses 1, 2, 11 5, 9. The combination of any one of these houses combined with the 1st house ruler would bring wealth to the individual. Actually any combination of these houses would create Dhana Yoga, but the1st house combination is the strongest. Raja Yoga : The lords of a kendra and a trikona house are in conjunction, mutually aspected or in reception. This is a combination of good fortune (trikona house) and action (kendra house), so take advantage of it. I would like to point out that a raja yoga could be formed by one planet, and also by two planets.

Vipareeta Raja Yoga : Viparita means inverted, contrary, reversed. Vipareeta Raja Yoga is formed when the planet ruling a dusthana (6,8,12) house is placed in another dusthana house. This yoga tends to cause an unexpected rise in life due to an unfortunate event or problem. Neecha Bhanga : Neecha means debilitated and bhanga means reversal. Here are the main ways in which debility can be modified, or cancelled. This may not be considered a yoga per say, but it is very important to consider in chart interpretation. 1. If the ruler of the sign occupied by the debilitated planet is in a kendra position from the Moon or the Lagna. 2. If the ruler of the sign where the debilitated planet is exalted is in a kendra position from the Moon or Lagna. 3. If the ruler of the sign occupied by the debilitated planet aspects the planet.

4. If the planet who would be exalted in the sign occupied by the debilitated planet is in a kendra from the Moon or the Lagna. 5. If the debilitated planet is exalted in the Navamsha.

6. The dispositor of the debilitated planet gives greater relief to the debilitated planet when the dispositor is well placed. Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga : Raja yoga is only when the debilitated planet occupies a kendra, otherwise its debility is merely removed. Yoga karaka : A Yoga karaka is when one single planet forms Raja Yoga by itself. It rules two different houses, one is a triconal and one is a Kendra. The first house can serve as either in the combination. In both Taurus and Libra ascendants Saturn is the Yoga Karaka. In Taurus ascendant Saturn rules the 9th (trinal) house, and the 10th (kendra) house. For Libra ascendants Saturn rules both the 4th (Kendra) and the 5th (trinal). Other ascendants that have a Yoga Karaka are Capricorn and Aquarius. They both have Venus as the Yoga Karaka. With Capricorn Ascendant Venus rules the5th and the 10th. Aquarius ascendant Venus rules the 4th and 9th. For Cancer and Leo ascendants Mars is the Yoga Karaka. Cancer ascendant will have Mars rule the 5th and the 10th. Leo ascendants will have Mars rule the 4th and the 9th. No other ascendants will have a single planet rule both a kendra and a trine. These are the only ascendants to have a Yoga Karaka. A Yoga Karaka planet will be a planet that brings great benefit to the chart, even though it may be a natural malefic planet. Adhi Yoga: There must be at least two, but preferably more, benefics in the sixth, seventh and eighth house calculated from the ascendant / Moon. This yoga gives high status, rank, prosperous, enjoying pleasures, famous, having conveyances, good wife, obedient sons, no diseases and dangers, long life, defeating enemies. Chamara Yoga : If a person is born in day in the bright half of the month (Shukal Paksh), and

the Ascendant Lord is in his exaltation sign, with the Jupiter in an angular position (or powerful aspect of Jupiter on Ascendant Lord), this yoga is formed. The person having this yoga in the horoscope becomes Long-lived, wealthy, happy, serving in fields requiring courage, virtuous deeds, profound scholar, well-read, professor of vedas, aristocratic. Pushkala Yoga : If the Lord of the sign occupied by Moon in conjunction with Ascendant Lord posited in the house of a very friendly planet or in an angle and strong benefics aspect the Ascendant Lord, this yoga is formed. This yoga grants Royal family, wealth and makes him famous, blessed with power, authority, enjoying all comforts of life, sweet speech, respected by rulers, Govt, protector of lands. Mangla Yoga : When all the planets are posited in angular houses with respect to the Ascendant, this yoga is formed. This yoga makes native Lucky, performing auspicious ceremonies, eloquent, powerful, long-lived, intelligent, wealthy. Karak Yoga : If two or more planets are in exaltation sign or own sign and are in mutual angular position, this yoga is formed. This yoga is known for providing high status, rank, wealthy, name and fame. Amala Yoga: A benefic placed in the tenth house calculated from the ascendant or the Moon philanthropic and benevolent attitude towards mankind, career in the social sector Ashubha mala Yoga: When all the benefics are placed in the sixth, eighth and twelfth houses the benefics become powerless: misfortune, a difficult life. Budhatiya Yoga: The Sun and Mercury are in conjunction and are placed in the first, seventh, fifth or eleventh house - an intellectual. However, when the Sun and Mercury are in the same sign is also Budhaditya Yoga. This is a very common yoga since Mercury can never be more than on sign away from the Sun. The sign and house the yoga occurs in will be important and will indicate skills in these areas. If Mercury is combust the Sun it will be a bit harder to realize these skills or talents. But if Mercury and the Sun are less than a half of degree of each other it will give a brilliant genius mind. This is actually an Arabian astronomical term called Cazimi. Some may think any planet this close to the Sun to be terribly ruined by combustion, but I have found it will make the planet brilliant in effects and areas the planet rules. This applies to any planet not only Mercury. Chandra Mangala Yoga: The Moon and Mars in conjunction or opposition - riches (often caused by women), probably made by unscrupulous means. It can also cause problems with the mother. Chandra is the Indian name for the Moon, and Mangala is the name for Mars. Charussagara Yoga: Planets placed in all the kendra houses - good reputation and good fortune (better when it is formed by benefics). The kendra houses are the pillars of the horoscope. Planets placed there are extremely effective. When planets are occupying all the kendra houses, their energy will be powerfully felt, which in most cases, will be a good thing (especially when it

concerns natural or temporary benefics). Srik Yoga: This occurs when only natural benefics placed in the kendra houses - comfort, good luck, abundance. Gaja Kesari Yoga: The Moon and Jupiter are either conjunct, square or in opposition - good luck, intelligence, and high morals. In this yoga, the Moon and Jupiter influence each other. The connection between the planet, which is the most important for our life on earth, the Moon, and the planet of good luck and fortune, Jupiter, has favourable effects. Shakata Yoga: When the Moon is placed in the sixth, eighth or twelfth house, calculated from Jupiter - fluctuating fortunes. This is more or less the opposite of the Gaja Kesari yoga. When the Moon is placed in a dushtana house calculated from Jupiter, we have a difficult relationship between these two planets. Maha Bhagya Yoga: In case of Male native, the ascendant, the Sun and The Moon are placed in uneven signs and he is born in the daytime - very fortunate. Uneven signs are, by the way, positive; masculine signs (the air and fire signs). Daytime is also masculine. In case of Female native, the ascendant, the Sun and the Moon are placed in even signs, and she is born during the night - very fortunate. Even signs are negative; feminine signs (the earth and water signs). The night is feminine. This yoga makes favoured by elders, high officials, superiors, good authority, wealthy, rich, blessed with children, all comforts and enjoyments, long-lived, learned and defeating everyone Saraswati Yoga: When Jupiter, Venus and Mercury are placed in kendra houses, in a friendly sign, or even better, in the second house writer, learned person, speaker, intellectual. When they are in a favourable position, Jupiter, Venus and Mercury can provide wisdom. Lakshmi Yoga : Lakshmi yoga occurs when 9th and 1st house rulers are strong but when Venus is in its own sign of rulership or exalted it is very good .this yoga. A yoga is formed by more than one planet. The nature of the planets if three types, i.e. benefic, malefic and neutral. According to natural classifications benefics are Jupiter, Venus, Well associated Mercury, and waxing Moon. Natural malefics are Sun Mars, evil associated Mercury and wanning Moon. Any planet that becomes The lord of 2nd and 12th is considered to be neutral. The benefics or benefic lords can be categorised as
