1. Boxing rings on 100 sm platform

Boxing rings on 100 sm platform are made in accordance with the standards of The International Boxing Association AIBA, and have been granted a certificate from the Boxing Federation of Ukraine. These boxing rings have been enhanced strength characteristics and are made from high quality materials. Components of the rings are maximally optimized and therefore the rings can be easily assembled and transported. They can be loaded and transported by relatively few people in a small-sized cargo transport with its length of up to 4 m. These rings are recommended for training and competitions of any level.
2. Boxing rings on 60 sm platform

Boxing rings on 60 sm platform are designed for gyms with low ceilings and are made of high quality materials. Important professional fights have been repeatedly held on these rings. These rings are recommended for training and competitions. Technical specifications The ring on the plan is a square that is installed on the platform 1 m high and with corner posts on the top of it. The platform is made of 16 metal truss, 4 corner posts and 1 interim bearing. The truss is made of profile tubes 60x40 and 40x40, connected by means of plug holders. In order to ensure an efficient hardness and cooperation of the frame operation under dynamic impact, there are two diagonal rope stretchers in the lowest part of the frame, which wrings out the frame when it is being installed. All posts at the bottom have foot bearing with screw-type height regulator. This allows you to put the ring in a strictly horizontal plane. Plywood panels are placed on top of the ring platform to form the surface of the platform. Each panel consists of a sheet of plywood 16 mm in width and a metallic baulk attached to the plywood which secures higher rigidity of the panel. Soft ring platform padding consists of bonded polyurethane foam is added. To enhance rigidity and durability of the mats, jute fabric is glued on both sides of the polyurethane foam. Polyurethane foam mats are covered with a canvas of PVC fabric. Along the contour the canvas has lacing holes, through which an elastic expander is passed. For fixing the covering to the ring frame, profile truss have hooks in appropriate places to which the expander is attached. On the fringe of the canvas, the fabric skirt is attached to a textile fastener (Velcro) hanging loosely on the sides of the ring and covering the platform trusses. Four ropes are spanned along the perimeter of the ring. Triangular corner cushions protect the corners of the ring. The corner cushions and ropes in opposite corners of the ring are red and blue. Neutral corners of the ring have white corner cushions. The ring ropes are stretched between the 4 corner posts. The posts are covered with PVC fabric covers in a corresponding color. The bottom ring rope is stretched at a distance of 400 mm from the ring canvas; 2nd, at a distance of 710 mm; third, at a distance of 1020 mm; and 4th, at a distance of 1320 mm. There are 3 stairs near the ring: two stairs lead to the working corners of the ring and are used by the boxers and their corner men, and one stair is designed for a judge or a doctor.

Boxing rings on 100 sm simplified platform have simple construction and low price. These rings are recommended for training and competitions in sport clubs and local sport organizations.

5. Floor-standing rings
Floor-standing rings are composed of the same components as the upper part of the rings on the platform. They are permanently installed on the floor without the platform in the boxing gym. They are recommended for training. Technical specifications The form of the boxing ring is square and the posts are set in its corners. The corner posts are made of pipes with a diameter of 89 mm. There are eye ends on the posts to attach the ropes. To ensure the necessary rigidity, the posts are additionally fixed with stops. The space inside the square is filled with bonded polyurethane foam and has a width of 12-15 mm and covered with PVC fabric canvas. The canvas can be made of any colour. PVC canvases are connected by heat sealing. The canvas is fixed by a contact tape. Along the perimeter of the ring 16 ropes (4 per side) are spanned. Triangular corner cushions are placed at the corners of the ring. The corner cushions in the opposite corners of the ring are red and blue. Corner cushions in the neutral ring corners are white. The ropes are attached to the ring corner posts. The posts are wrapped with PVC fabric covers. The bottom ring rope is stretched at a distance of 400 mm from the ring canvas; 2nd, at a distance of 710 mm; 3rd, at a distance of 1020 mm; and 4th, at a distance of 1320 mm.
6. Floor-standing rings "Junior"

Floor-standing rings "Junior" have been designed as a low price version of the floor rings made of lightweight materials with lower strength properties. Recommended for children's sports clubs at the beginning of their training. Technical specifications Technical specification is similar to technical specification of floor boxing rings.
Technical specifications The ring on the plan is a square that is installed on the platform 1 meter high and with corner posts on the top of it. The platform is made of a steel frame, veneer flooring, resilient polyurethane foam (or polyethylene foam) matting and synthetic PVC fabric cover. The frame of the platform is a spacious construction, which consists of metal frame, made of profile tubes 50x30 and 30x30, with a floor fix support, one at each corner to create its corner posts. One of the corner posts in the lower part has a support heel regulating the height to allow one to adjust the correct height. The veneer flooring of the platform is made of veneer shields fixed on a steel purlin of the ring. The platform soft cover consists of a second foamed rubber. Foam rubber matting is covered with PVC fabric. Along the contour of the cover there are cringles to fasten the hooks of the frames by the use of an expander. They are tightly stretched and fixed to cover safely and press out to fix the matting on the ring. There are 4 ropes around the ring. The triangle corner pads are placed in each corner of the ring. The corner pads and ropes in the opposite corners are red and blue in colors. In the neutral corner of the ring there are white corner pads. The ropes of the ring are stretched around the 4 corner posts. The posts are covered with PVC fabric with an appropriate color. The lowest rope is stretched 400mm in height from the ring cover, 2nd is 710 mm height, 3rd is 1020mm height and 4th is 1320 mm height. To access the ring there are 2 staircases in the working corners of the platform.

Designated for Mixed Martial Arts Construction provides maximum safety, considering tough rules during the fights. Some parts of the octagon specification may be changed according to the customers needs.
Octagon - cage on the floor

Workout area of the platform on its sides is protected by metal shields with stretched metal mesh. To provide the necessary rigidity, shields are fixed with additional stops. Two opposing shields have two gates for entrance. All metal parts inside the workout area of the octagon are safely protected from injuries if sportsmen contact with such parts. The space inside the octagon is filled with foam of the second aeration of 12-15 mm thick and covered with a cap of PVC fabric. Fabric may be of any color. Heat treatment is applied in order to assembly PVC fabric sections. Way of fixing tires is on the contact ribbon..

Workout area of the platform on its sides is protected by metal shields with stretched metal mesh. There are rotary loops in the two opposite shields servicing as an entrance to the platform. All metal parts inside the workout area of the octagon are safely protected from injuries if sportsmen contact with such parts. There are stairs provided to enter the platform easily. If the customer needs, we can provide additional platform forming the circle around the main platform to allow participants of the competitions and staff members to enter the platform.

We have elaborated and we have been using standard variants of special anti-traumatic mats which are used for hiding potentially dangerous objects. In particular, cases we propose and design non-standard decision of this questions. Photos of some implemented by us projects are presented on this website.
