Page size : A4, on ONE side Margins : 1.5 for Top, Bottom and Right, 2.0 for Left Line spacing : 1.5 Lines Para starting : One TAB space No. of Pages : Min. 10 and Max. 15, including figures, tables but excluding the preliminary pages, references and appendices. Binding : Softcover binding with Milky White Cover page on front and back and glued with Black tape.

Preliminary Pages
These are constituted, in the given order, by Title page /Cover page and Inside cover page Certification page Acknowledgement Table of Contents Abstract List of Figures List of Tables Nomenclature Each of these should commence on a fresh page. The preliminary pages should be numbered in small case roman numerals which should appear at the centre on the bottom. All pages, including figures and tables, should be numbered; the page numbers should appear at the top, right corner, except for the first page of main body of the paper. No page number shall be indicated on the first page, however actual page numbering will commence from the first page of Section 1. Title page - see appendix I for a sample format. Certification page -see appendix II for a sample format. Abstract - The abstract must contain the context/relevance of the topic and a gist of the significant observations/results. This should not exceed one page and should usually be one paragraph. List of Figures and Tables - sample entries are given below.

Nomenclature - All symbols that appear in the report should be listed alphabetically. First give all roman symbols, then Greek symbols. Order: ASCII ordering, to the extent possible. References : These shall be given in IEEE format- for Journals, Books, URLs, Technical reports, etc. ( Refer any IEEE Journal paper for the format and follow the same or Instructions for authors given in IEEE website).
