Prepared on 10 April 2012 UNIT General Renovation Guidelines 1.Recommendation on interior design, color & materials coordination. 2.Utilize as much of the existing facilities as possible like partitions, LAN & AC cabling, switches & outlets, and lighting. 3.Re-use of some SSS office materials like glass panels, new flooring materials, fire extinguishers, office tables for the general office area, air-conditioners, etc. 4.Change of flooring materials according to specifications. Renovation of walls. 5.Construction of Pantry Area. Renovation of Training, PH TAC, Department & Operation Directors and Meeting Rooms. 6.Updating of LAN & AC power outlets according to required number and revised floor layout. 7.Installation of package type Air-conditioning designed to serve the widest coverage of the office with the least quantity of units. 8.General office renovation according to approved plans. 1. Renovation of Office Frontage & Reception Area a.Use of high traffic flooring materials b.Use of appropriate wall panel materials c.Supply or Construction of receptionist table. d.Manufacture & installation of Huawei Corporate logo, glass-etched to be located at the designated floor lobby wall. e.Installation of Access Control at the main entrance. f.Provision of Visitors Sofa (recovered from the SSS office) g.Provision of appropriate lighting fixtures h.Installation of LAN & Voice ports and power outlets. 2 Data & 2 Voice 2. Renovation of Training Room a.Renovation of wall partitioning including removal of excess partitioning based on plans. Provision of sound insulation. b.Installation of high traffic vinyl tile flooring. c.Installation of manual roll-up projector screen. d.Installation of ceiling mounted projector system with wall mounted controls. (Supply and Install only) e.Installation of 3 Glass Boards & Pen holders. f.Installation of window shades. (Manual) g.Construction of required number of LAN & voice ports and power outlets sufficient in quantity for targeted training attendee capacity. h.Transfer of training room tables recovered from the SSS office. i.Provision of computer chairs (color-coordinated). Renovation of Department Directors Office a.Re-installation of laminated flooring materials from the SSS office plus supply of any net additional required. b.Transfer of 1 wall section based on plan. Construction of built-in cabinet. c.Installation of window shade of customer preferred design. d.Installation of appropriate lighting. e.Supply of Glass board/ pen holders & seat coach. (Supply & Install) f.Installation of LAN & Voice ports and power outlets. 8 Data & 2 Voice g.General varnishing re-works. 4.
