Life Festival / Arbor First Monday Grounds Public Awareness/Ministry Release Form Release of Liability and Waiver LIABILITY: The Life Festival/The Blue Room and First Monday Grounds are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise. The Life Festival/The Blue Room and First Monday Grounds are not responsible or liable for any injuries for an accident occurring throughout the event including while the Public Awareness/Ministry Group is transporting or removing their tables/items. Further, the Public Awareness/Ministry Group is responsible for transporting and removing their tables/items to and from the Public Awareness/Ministry Group area in a safe and courteous manner. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is consideration of Public Awareness/Ministry Group area. I hereby agree to as follows: The Public Awareness/Ministry Group is responsible for leaving the area in the condition that is originally received i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. To waive all claims that I may have in the future against the The Life Festival/The Blue Room and First Monday Grounds and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Releasees) and to the Releasees from any and all liability of any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of arising out of any aspect of my use of the Public Awareness/Ministry Group area due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or theft; or in respect of the provisions of the failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions, or guidance claim. WAIVER: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND To hold harmless and indemnify the Releases from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense to any third party, resulting from the Public Awareness/Ministry Group area.
