I am a driven financial services executive who thrives on difficult situations. The Team I create will positively impact the bottom line by delivering results exceeding all expectations. Trinity Securities 01/2002 11/2012 EVP Managing Principal I completely rebuilt the sales team resulting in a 4x increase in sales, the client base, and profits. I maintained my status as the top salesman in the firm while managing the entire operation, recruiting new people, training and mentoring, interacting with the issuer and FINRA, and partnering with my staff. I acquired the series 24 in 2005.

Champion Group Senior Broker/Trainer 07/1999 01/2002 In addition to personal production I trained new brokers and mentored them through the series 7 and 63 resulting in a passing rate of 95%. I reacquired the series 7 and 63 in 1999.

Dean Witter AVP Branch Manager 03/1993 02/1995 I opened a new branch office in Bozeman, MT. Through recruiting both staff and account executives I was able to build a team that was recognized as the top producing branch in the entire firm in 1994. I also acquired the series 3, 8, and 65.

Shearson Lehman Brothers Senior Account Executive 08/1988 03/1993 Hired as a senior broker I was soon recognized as having management potential and was selected to attend the management training program and provided with mentoring from both branch and regional managers.

Dean Witter Account Executive 11/1984 08/1988 As a new hire I built an impressive book and finished the 2 year metro program in 8 months.

I spent 20 years in the U S Navy mostly in leadership and supervisory positions in various commands and multiple locations. I often led men in armed combat during Viet Nam and after so no workplace environment is too hostile. During my career I took advantage of the opportunity to attend the local college when possible and to take correspondence courses when school was precluded. When I joined Dean Witter I was forced to discontinue after hours schooling.

I am most often described as articulate, honest, driven, goal oriented, calm, efficient, focused, a creative thinker, troubleshooter, problem solver, team player, relationship builder, and inspired leader.
