Now more than ever, the internet has made setting up a small business easier and faster, it can make many opportunities business and has increase the ability to gather and assess information to make a new business. To starting a new business is the individuals commitment to becoming a business owner. Like preparing their business plans, entrepreneurs must understand the nature of enterprises in which they are engaged. Like small business, it can be measure in term of job creation, innovation and contribution to big business, popular area of small business enterprise included by service, retailing, construction, wholesaling, finance and insurance, manufacturing, transportation and other. The franchisor has the obligation to provide these rights and generally support the franchisee. In this sense, franchising is not a business or an industry, but a method used by businesses for the marketing and distribution of their products or services.
