Criteria
Meet UNF admission requirements, maintain a UNF GPA of at least 3.0 and be enrolled as a graduate in one of the following three programs: Master of Health Admin., Master of Public Health, or Master of Science in Health with a specialty in Geriatric Management. Meet UNF admission requirements, be accepted into a BCH program, reside in Nassau County, enroll as a full-time or part-time junior or senior and earn a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0. Meet UNF admission requirements, be accepted into the Physical Therapy program, enroll full-time each semester earning a minimum of 18 credit hours by the end of each academic year, maintain UNF GPA of at least 3.0, and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Meet admission requirements and be accepted to UNF, maintain UNF GPA of 3.0, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Preference will be given to students whose interests are in the rehabilitation professions, such as physical therapy, nursing, athletic training and rehabilitation counseling. Meet UNF admission requirements and be accepted as an undergraduate student in the Nutrition & Dietetics program. Meet UNF admission requirements, be accepted into the Physical Therapy or Athletic Training program, enroll full-time and earn a minimum of 24 undergraduate or 18 graduate credits hours by the end of each academic year and maintain a 2.5 undergraduate or 3.0 graduate GPA. Graduate student majoring in health administration with active membership in Upsilon Phi Delta. Must be a full-time junior, senior, or a full-time graduate student, enrolled in a minimum of 12 undergraduate semester hours or 9 graduate semester hours, must maintain a 2.5 undergraduate or 3.0 graduate GPA, and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Meet UNF admission requirements, meet admission standards for a major at the junior level, maintain UNF GPA of 3.0, earn a minimum of 18 credits by the end of each academic year, and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Meet UNF admission requirements, enroll as a junior in BCH, maintain UNF GPA of 3.0, reside in Duval County, and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Meet UNF admission requirements, earn a minimum UNF GPA of 2.5, and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Meet UNF admission requirements, enroll as a junior in BCH, maintain an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and express interest in the field of geriatric management.
