After I prayed and deeply considered, I want you to clarify some of my concerns: Since I have been in this church

from very beginning, I observed several things and some things want to share. I come with humble and speak the truth in love.

1. For the leadership: I observed you place a high authority among your family member. I sensed that you have more trust on your own family members rather than Chinese. And by what means/reasons/ requirement you ordain a person who will get the position. According to bible, the position/ authority is ordained by God/ revelation. I want to ask when you put someone in an authority, would you pray and seek Gods will first. I do believe and agree with the revelation of Body of Christ, so if the organ is miss placing. The body cannot function well. Only the head of the Church know the position. So only by the revelation from God, can place exactly right position and the body would function well. So dont you agree people cant not ordain position by personal favor? It is by selection of God! Which reference the story when Prophets Samuel anointed David, he also looked people appearance but God corrected him he should look human heart rather appearance. For my opinion it is by the election of God not Man. Even Prophet did that foolish thing. 2. For the vision and mission of FFC, I observed that you always proclaim FFC is a modeling church in Hong Kong. We have our own style. I want to ask whether it is out of your ambition or the revelation of God. 3. For the financial concern, I want to ask about the profits of the china trip. Are they go to the account to FFC /your personal business account? To make more transparent and responsible to all the committed members. Shouldnt you illustrate a balance statement Bi-annually?

Since according to my bible understanding I know that Pastor is not the ultimate authority of any church except Jesus` 11. It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12. to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up

13. until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. According to his scripture the order of Pastor should be at number 3. But according to your preaching you said Pastor is the ultimate authority of the church. And the Apostle and Prophet and Evangelist are not yet prominent by God in this church. So to avoid any dominion and protect our pastor and the church, shouldnt we form a group of mature Christians as a monitoring group or advice group? According to Proverb there is a lot of scripture describing this issue.
Proverbs 24:6 for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers. Proverbs 15:22 Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. Proverbs 11:14 For lack of guidance a nation falls, but many advisers make victory sure.

5. Finally it is just idea from my spirit or my mind,( I am not sure) I want to ask before you both step into the ministry. Did you suffer a big financial problem? Furthermore I know you are a person honor submissiveness/faithfulness. I do appreciate at that. However maybe the difference between the Chinese culture and western culture, the definition of Chinese cultures faithfulness is not when someone order they only say yes. If they do it that way we will call Silly faithfulness. For Chinese if they really love their land, their leadership, their nation, their emperor, they will speak boldly against the authority. Even they would be displeased by the leadership. They will do out of their love. I do know this letter may make you unhappy because of my disagreement. But I want to tell you. I write this letter because I love THE CHURCH. Even you may think be I am not a faithful person. I chose to do in that way. May Holy Spirit reveal the truth to us! Amen!
