The Motivation of the Business
It is the matter of fact that food is the essential source of energy for people especially for Chinese. Chinese dishes trend to have famous reputation all around the world. Beijing Duck Roast for example is a must for every foreigner when visiting Beijing. Beijing also has many varieties of delicious Chinese dishes such as famous dumpling and meat bun, which Beijing citizen can enjoy and also foreigner. However, the increasing of Chinese population, poor weather and current traffic conditions make it difficult for people to travel across the city to visit the restaurant of their choice. Beside that many foreigners who have been to Beijing for the first time wishes to eat some famous Chinese dish or some exclusives dishes, it is really difficult for them to find the food of their choice. Based on these conditions especially in major cities like Beijing and shanghai SRBL Fast Delivery Service will be an efficient third party delivery service which provide delivery service to the people at their door step.

The Concept of business model

The overall business model contains nine elements of business model, these elements include value proposition, target customer segments, distribution channels, customer relationships, value configurations, core capabilities, cost structure, partner network, revenue model, and some elements are introduced as follows:

Value Proposition

To provide the value for customer by delivering exclusive Chinese dishes from their order with lowest delivery time as possible

Target Customer Segments

All kinds of customers, such as Local Chinese, foreigners, student, business man, family, old people etc.

Distribution Channels
Our target market is the intercity with in the boundaries, we will have some small office to receive local call calls, and we create ERP software based on cellular phone service to connect our workers, which will be recruited from around the city. They will have company bike and cellular phone, the worker nearest to order location will be asked to provide necessary service

Customer Relationships
Building a good customer interaction with our fast delivery system. Other detailed elements will be discussed later in the project.
