BANGLADESH

Bangladesh is a country in Asia. I will be telling you about the population, transport, food, land size and more. I hope you enjoy. Bangladesh is one of hundreds of islands in the group of islands like India, Singapore, China and other countries far too many to name. Most of those countries including Bangladesh has lots of natural disasters such as floods. This is because their landscape is mostly flat. Floods in Bangladesh often cause many deaths and lots of destruction to property. The flag is a green with a red dot in the middle. Some questions I want to know about Bangladesh are

TRANSPORT
Transports in Bangladesh have a lot in common with transport in Melbourne. They have trains, boats, planes, cars, buses and trucks except different in colour. On their trains people just sit on the roof because of overcrowding. Here is some footage of their transports

FOOD
The food that people in Bangladesh eat is pretty much curry. Some food they eat is rice with fried fish heads and sometimes egg curry and some other foods. Some more food they eat is sea food, rice, bread, pies, chocolate and soup. Plus sometimes poor people have to kill and get their own food for themselves to feed their kids and themselves.

DANGERS
Most dangers in Bangladesh are spiders, earthquakes, train accidents and floods and a whole lot of stuff. Plus if the accidents are serious then it can be fatal and can have deaths in it. Plus it can be hard to get over it if one of your loved ones has been lost in a disaster.

ANIMALS
Some of the animals in Bangladesh are common with Australian animals. There are 650 different types of birds and 115 different types of fresh water reptiles. They have tigers, spiders, elephants, goats, monkeys, crocodiles, turtles, rhinos, lions and lots more animals. But some of Bangladeshs animals are becoming extinct like their tigers which are very rare. Because people want cool looking rugs for their homes and are killing them and making carpets out of their skin! :(

PEOPLE
In this paragraph I will be talking about the people and the population of Bangladesh. In 2011 there were approx. 150 million people living in Bangladesh. The population of Australia is 22.000 million and the size of Australia is bigger than the size of Bangladesh by fifty three times. What it means is that Bangladesh can fit in Australia fifty three times. I will now be talking about the other languages that they speak and there are thirty eight other languages they speak their main language is Bengal.

LAND SCAPE
Bangladesh is smaller than other countrys but has millions of people living there. The size of Bangladesh is 1, 48,393 square km and the land scape is basically grass lands with rivers, forests, hills and more. The other countries that are around Bangladesh are India, China and Singapore.

BUILDINGS
Bangladesh is a country that has old and new buildings. New buildings like towers and skyscrapers are found in the capital city Dhaka. Dhaka has lots of buildings but is also very crowded. The cities are crowded because some people in Bangladesh are very poor and live near the cities in places called slums. Some people still live in the country on farms. One type of building you will see a lot in in Bangladesh is a temple. Temples are where some people go to pray to their god.

LAWS
The laws in Bangladesh are similar to laws in other countries. For example, if you murdered someone you would score yourself a life time in jail so watch out. Also if you were speeding then you would be in trouble getting a fine or losing you licence. Also what I will tell you now that one of Bangladeshis rules that isnt a rule. When people go on trains if there is no room inside then you could sit on the roof of the train instead of inside the train and if you fell of the roof then it wouldnt end very nice.

HISTORY
Bangladesh became a country in the year 1971. Before 1971 Bangladesh was ruled by other countries. It used to be part of the British Empire. Australia was part of the British Empire to.

SPORTS
The popular sports in Bangladesh are cricket, soccer, chess and kabaddi, which is a team sport played across Asia that sounds like it is a cross between rugby and hand ball but their first love is cricket they have an international cricket team that sometimes play against Australia. Kids in Bangladesh love playing cricket and soccer in parks and alleys. So those are the things I want to know about. Some I have the answers to and some I dont have the answers to. So that is all for today folks, see you soon have a nice day. Remember if you want to know about something, look on this project to find what youre looking for and to learn about it. Please leave a comment for me and one final word Bye.
