Summary/Reflection WhenIstartedthisprojectIhadafeelingthatmycollegewasaheadofthegameonsomany fronts,butIknewsomeoftheissuesthattheywerefacingaswell.Withinthenext5years StackhouseCollegewouldliketotransitiontoauniversity.Withthatchange,manytechnology andstaffingchangeswillneedtobemet.Iknowtherearemoreandmorefulltimefacultybeing hired,thatIamhopingpossessmoreonlineexperience.Ifindwithsomeofourissueswith technologyitseemstostemfromthemoreseasonedfacultythatbelieveanonlineclasscanstill beabunchofpowerpointslidesandbeverysuccessful.Withthischangewillcome communicationandtrainingtowhatisavailablenow,Iknowthatmanyofourfacultyarejustnot awareofallthetoolsoutthereavailabletothemtomaketheironlineclasssuccessful. Thisassignmentswasaneyeopenertome,toseewhatwearedoingrightandwhatwecan stillimproveon.OverallStackhouseCollegeisaIntelligentcollegethatjustneedstoimprove theircommunicationandgetmorepeopleinvolvedinplanning.
