Chicken 1 kg (Leg OR Breast pieces) Ginger paste- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Chilli sauce 1 tbsp Tomato sauce 1 tbsp Pepper powder 1 tspSalt 1 1 tsp Water 1 cup
Method
1. Cook the washed chicken pieces along with tomato sauce,soya sauce, chilly sauce, garlic & ginger pastes,pepper powder,salt and water for approx. 10 minutes (till the chicken is 3/4 th cooked).Put off the stove and remove chicken pieces and keep it aside. 1.2. In another bowl make a batter of maida, salt, pepper powder,turmeric, beaten egg and water .Mix with hand for a loose batter.Take breadcrumbs in another plate.Dip the cooked chicken pieces in the batter and then roll it on breadcrumbs till well coated.Deep fry the chicken pieces till crisp and golden brown.THE KFC IS READY
FRIED CHICKEN 2
Ingredients
Chicken with skin kg Eggs 4 Rice flour 1 cup White flour cup Corn flour cup Mustard powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Chinese salt 1 tbsp Chicken powder 2 tbsp Papaya paste 4 tbsp Vinegar as required Oil for frying Salt to taste For Garnishing: Onion 1 2 Lettuce leaves 3 4
10. Remember while frying the pan should be covered, keep flame medium to tender chicken inside. 11. In the end dish out the chicken and garnish it with salad leaves, sliced onions and serve with sauce.
Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks/breast 100 ml curd 1 beaten egg 50 gm all purpose flour 50 gm bread crumbs 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp onion, dried and powdered 1 tsp basil/tulsi leaves, dried and powdered 1 tsp oregano / omam leaves, dried and powdered 1 green chilli, chopped 1 tsp garlic, dried and powdered 1 tsp ginger, dried and powdered Salt to taste Oil for frying
Method
Wash and clean chicken. Drain water well from chicken. Add beaten egg, curd, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, salt to chicken and mix well. Marinate it for at least 3 to 4 hours. Mix all purpose flour, green chillies, white pepper, oregano, garlic, ginger, basil or tulsi leaves, remaining chilli powder and salt. Cover marinated chicken with spicy all purpose flour mix and then with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a thick bottom kadai and deep fry the chicken in a slow fire till it is cooked. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
